Pros (+) Staff, room, amenities, and shuttle service made our stay in Houston a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good and diverse. Shuttle service to medical center was convenient and accommodated our schedule, return pick-up was just as easy. Close to dining and sports arena.
Cons (-) Depending on occupants on second floor, first floor foot traffic could be heard. Otherwise, relatively quite hotel.

Cons (-) Overcharged me for my stay. When I asked the manager was compiling to adjust the balance but didn't did so completely. So, when I asked him again that still there are some surplus charges he showed an angry behavior which I didn't expected.
