Pros: Absolute best break from hustle and bustle of chaotic Saigon.

Pros: All staff from bellman front desk, they are so nice and. Fully speak English, they try help for you everything. Breakfasts have a lot choice but nothing good to me. The room not really soundproof. I can hear the room next for talking .

Pros: One of Saigon's finest. Attention paid to each & every detail. Professional, attentive and efficient staff. Comfortable, spotless room with nice spaces to work in.

Pros: Amazing check-in staff, We were given a room in the 23rd floor right near the elevator but you did not hear it. The view from the room was breathless. The room was comfortable and clean. Very luxurious def worth every star! Def book in advance and give this place a try you won't regret it!

Pros: the bed was the best spect of this trip. i previously had stay at the Hotel Nikko in Hanoi and the bed was hard. this bed was exquisite! lots of pillows, bedding, etc. the pool area is great as well as the breakfast. don’t pass up the seafood buffet, a little pricey but definitely worth it if you can swing it.... 1.2M VD a person.

Pros: This place is excellent. Seriously nice. The staff is awesome, too. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of its location. As a tourist, it's a bit removed from where you want to be in HCMC. I got a great deal, though, and taxis are cheap and easy to get.

Pros: Fabulous breakfast buffet with vietnamese, asian, and western varieties which change almost daily. Chef Duong Van Nghia is always present to welcome guests, and his staff provide excellent services throughout. There is also vietnamese folk music played by traditional band every morning. The piano lounge which plays in the hotel lobby every afternoon is entertaining and relaxing. Staff at the front desk is always available, courteous, professional, and attentive to all your needs, specially the bellmen (Henry, Tony et al.). Overall we had quite a pleasant stay at Harmony Saigon where food and services are excellent.

Pros: Clean, spaciou, comfortable room. Friendly and efficient staff. Free shuttle to town center but limited schedule. Everything outstanding except the lights switches in room were confusing.

Pros: The staff was very helpfull all the time. The mornign I left, I droppoed my iPhone on the taxi and when I was checking in my bag at the airline counter. I went back to the hotel to see if the taxi was there and all the staff tried to help contacting the taxi company and the driver. They were able to get hold of him and find my cell. Honestly I thought I would not have seen the phone anymore, since it was an iPhone. I really have to thank the staff. Great job and very pleasent experience. Also the hotel is close to the airport and easy to get around town.
