I rented from your car because they had a good price per day for the car. But when I got to the UK and picked up the car from the airport, the euro car representative at the rentals site informed me the insurance was almost three times as much as the daily rate for the car. I wasn't expecting that at all. I had to put 1000 pound hold, about US$1400 on my credit card in order not to have to pay this extra fee even though I have insurance through my credit card company and through my State Farm insurance Co. in the United States, to use my insurance.

Was quoted a price over the phone and when I arrived at the office was quoted £100 more, despite being assured by the CS staff on the phone the price would not change.

When booking on your platform at no point did it state I would have to pay a deposit. I only found this out when arriving at budget. Then I agreed to pay the deposit but was informed it had to be from the same card which I was making the booking, again this wasn’t stated at any point when making the booking. I explained I would need to pay for deposit on a different card but they company flat out refused. I believe a refund should be processed in this case as I was not at fault and there was nothing in your terms when I booked stating these stipulations. I’m really unhappy with my experience using your platform which I have used many times in the past. Please go or the refund.
