Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Young lady at the front desk was sweet, when she was off work her and her little sister befriended my grandkids at the swimming pool. They had a Great time. kayak ad stated this facility had an indoor pool, which is the reason I stayed here. IT DOES NOT. The WiFi DID NOT WORK. The modem needed to be reset. Nobody seemed to care, no matter how much I complained. Overall it was like an overpriced motel 6.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice pool and jacuzzi. Location by auto body and paint, Loose shower handle, clock not able to set up for alarm.
Nearby facility Noisy appliances
Very nice room, clean and the price was fair for what I got.
Comfortable beds, conveniently located. Phone should be at table area to facilitate note taking for business. Hot tub not hot or clean, weather was good for use of pool and hot tub but they were not clean or inviting.
- hotel was suitably located after we visited Yosemite Natl. park and on our way to Sequoia Natl. Park - all services we encountered (reception, breakfast, room, WIFI,..) were OK - nothing to report
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean & neat. It's not fancy but very comfortable.
It was near the freeway
Young adults hanging out in the hallways, running, laughing and drinking, keeping the exterior doors of the halls jarred open unlocked, this went on all night to about 5:00 am
Clean, affordable, nicely renovated. Would stay here again.
Bed and pillows were wonderful. Wifi was fast and reliable. No fan in the bathroom -- seems like a major omission.
Children above us were running making tons of noise very early in the morning.
Good value for the money. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast.
Good price, Breakfast ok, clean motel Bad area near motel, not a nice area South of hotel property, barb wire on wall of parking lot, Hallway and room smelled stale
Good proximity to a wide selection of restaurants and friendly, accommodating staff.
Clean nice room, they did accommodate a last minute arrival as I was unexpectedly in Fresno to visit a family member in the hospital. Staff was nice. Fire alarm went off early in the morning. Waited for an announcement or a call/knock of some kind which never came. Somewhat dis-concerning. Family (Assumption) upstairs had kids (Assumption) which started running back and forth between door and window across room from each other. Water was luke warm at best. For the price and name familiarity I surely expected better. I won't be making that mistake again.
Everything was clean and in good condition and the breakfast was very good.
The breakfast, the beds. Good pit stop for those going to sequoia.
Simply it had all that's was described. Four story building, relatively quiet. Walking distance to the airport. Nice to see security patrolling parking lot, but didn't fee I was in a bad part of town. Bed comfort was average but pillows were good.
Clean, nice pool. Has all the basics. Good little cafe in lobby.
Pool, bed size, cable tv, breakfast Shower wasn't clean enough
It was clean, quiet and the beds are comfortable. Even though it's situated on busy Shaw Ave at freeway 99 we did not hear the freeway traffic and only the occasional extra loud vehicle on Shaw Ave. A good stop-over with several restaurants within a short drive
The room was clean and the towels were soft and luxurious. I like the presence of a small dining room for business or family use.
We found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable! We were a little disappointed in the breakfast. Hot eggs wod have been nice.
More sign advertising. Quietness
It was well kept. Paper thin walls could hear multipal noises in alternate rooms and passers by on sidewalk.
Heater to the room didn't work I couldn't sleep it was to cold in the room
Great wifi reception and breakfast
Location is good Cracked out druggies who live there, making noise all night
Desk person was friendly. Requested a non-smoking room. Was given a smoking room, no other choices. Had to find another place to stay.
I was disappointed with the night staff that helped us with our late check in. The staff took close to 25 min to get us checked in and was rather cold and unfriendly. Also, the room itself was a little disappointing. The normal things you expect to have in your room were not there. There was no ice bucket, or ice machine for that matter. There was also no coffee maker. I also was not impressed with the toilet. The handle, once flushed, did not return to the correct position and kept running. We had to remember to physically return the handle to the correct position after flushing, once we realized why the toilet wouldn't stop running. Finally, there were no batteries in the tv controller.
my children booked our room for us which made our stay easy to begin with. I have quiet a bit of trouble walking so my children were able to speak with the receptionist to guarantee a 1st floor room close to the parking lot. It was perfect, couldn't ask for better service. My children even dropped gifts for me which I was presented with when I arrived! Plus being so close to the office made it very convenient for the continental breakfast. Will highly recommend and stay again!
It was clean. The women who checked us in was friendly and inviting. Had to check out before 7am. Couldn't get ahold of Night watch, neither could the answering service or corporate. I was told by customer service to leave my keys in my room with a note. Not wanting to be charged an extra day, I continued to try and contact the front desk. NO ONE answered the phone until well past 6pm. It would just ring until it disconnected.
the front desk staff were all extremely helpful with directions and hotel info .. great job overall. Breakfast ended at 9 - 10 would have been better
We were greeted every time we passed by the front desk, and the staffs were truly pet friendly. The room was spotless and odorless. Although this hotel is conveniently located near a freeway entrance, our room was extremely quiet -- no traffic noise at all! Beds were comfortable and the internet speed was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Housekeeping not available after 1pm.
Good value hotel off the freeway - justwhat I needed
Business The hotel
$ THE ROOMS WERE OUTDATED HAD BAD SMELL,THE AREA WHICH I DIDNT KNOW BEFORE I BOOKED.HAD A LOT OF PROSTITUES,STREET WALKERS IN THE FRONT AND ON THE CORNERS,SOME WERE HOMELESS PEOPLE.
Roaches in room, hookers hanging out outside hotel, lots of police activity.
Next to Denny's with bad service Roaches everywhere and hair in the shower
Room was dingy and ac was not working.hot Breakfast Was a joke. Plain bread, questionable cereal and warm juice. Coffee was very weak too. Not a place is recommend unless you just wanted save money and don't care about the rest.
Cheap and available rooms. Everything else. I was given a smoking room and was told if I wanted nonsmoking I had to state this when booking. Staff completely unapologetic about this. Everything in room was not only dated but stained, dinged, in general disrepair. Line of ants on bathroom. Stray hairs between sheets in the made bed. Cigarette burns in the blankets.
Easy to get to. Had I been flying- super close to the airport. When I got in my room, the sliding glass door was unlocked. The TV was fuzzy reception- to the point of giving me a headache.
Beds and pillows are good the size of the room an the stefany the front desk lady is nice and helpful we go to Madera children's hospital every four months to take our daughter for check up she has cerebral palsy and it was cheap and good to stay here it was tech first time we enjoy. Thank you It was a little bit noisy because there were motorcycle people that weekend and upstairs that were stepping here and there. Other thing you guys don't have elevator
I wasnt impressed at all. My stay was for work so i didnt need much more than a clean bed to sleep in and a place i could work in between meetings so it was good enough for that but it was far from impressive. It could have been cleaner the and staff could have been more customer service orinted.
Very good location, clean room with high speed internet and nice breakfast, also a pool available. Good for stay in.
Super 8 was conveniently located near the highway, although was very quiet. Cozy room and great price. The continental breakfast was served in a small room with tables. It was not easy to get to the food and also hard to get out of the room.
Comfy bed, spacious room, friendly staff. Breakfast room was small hot and crowded, and you were not permitted to take anything out.
Nice location nearby a big shopping mall. Many places to eat around. Value for money. Rude staff. The girl at the lobby I've talked to did not pay attention to any of my needs. The room was dirt.
The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. The front desk person even got up to help with a troublesome door. Although it was easily accessible by freeway, the hotel was physically too close. We could feel the rumble of buses passing by as we lie in bed.
The facilties were adecuate relative to the price.
The pool didn't look that great, but people seemed to enjoy it. Breakfast was fine, only 3 hours but had a typical continental spread. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. No complaints Breakfast was a bit too short.
Motel but still had a good breakfast. Good value. The room had a dollar store air freashner smell to it. Tv remote didn't work.
This was a great hotel for the price. The room was big, there was plenty of parking, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the continental breakfast was bigger than expected (sausage, ham, eggs, cereals, toast, and juices) The rooms looked clean on the surface but were in desperate need of a deep clean. The areas under all of the furniture were pretty bad.
It needs to be updated. Walking the hallway smells dirty. Our room was clean. But very outdated.
Clean room, plenty of room features Kind of a bad neighborhood, negative vibe, dead social scene. You can hear all noises from the hallway--no sound dampening at all.
Clean and spacious room. Very nice grounds and pool/spa. Breakfast just ok.
Good value on over nite pricing, Good location for Fresno State and a value for a new buyer who wants to upgrade the buildings and reinvigorate the staff. Dated buildings needing paint on metal door parts and other up grades. Breakfast dining area book cases very dusty and in need of cleaning or at least a dusting. Hot tub spa dirty and on luke warm side. No towels at poolside. Needs a sign for image and identification from street. Warnings about not being liable about losses and security leaves one worried about neighborhood, which I found just fine.
The price was good and the room was fairly spacious. The location next to the YART stop was great for us The beds were very uncomfortable.
Good customer service, room clean.. overall 10
love this hotel. great value and I always stay here whenever I'm in town.
it was convenient and clean. parking was free. breakfast was acceptable. it was cheap there were some noisy guests. not that clean. clearly someone had been smoking in the room given the plastic bag covering the smoke detector. no remote control. the lamp shades were crooked and not all the bulbs worked.
The hotel was in good location lots of different things you could do eat, shop in walking distance. Didn't like that the ice machines didn't work on 1st floor had to use 3 Rd floors ice machine which ran out of ice daily.
Quiet. Wooden floors even in bathroom. Blackout curtains. Two tables. Two beds. Phone in bathroom.
The pool is big enough for the kids to really swim and play. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff was excellent, personable and nice and gave very appropriate recommendations about where to eat/drink in the neighborhood. Hot tub was nice and clean, and our room was very quiet and overall it felt clean despite being a bit outdated. The room was large, but felt kind of shabby with plastic-y mirror frames, outdated bathroom fixtures that were very 1980's. Hallway smelled heavily of old cigarettes. It would have been a bummer if we were there for vacation-- but since it was more of a business trip it was not totally disappointing. Another bummer was that the hotel bar, Oliver's Pub, is closed for renovations until spring 2016-- I did not realize this beforehand, and this amenity was a main reason why I chose this hotel.
clean good size room quiet landscaping good location provided space heater (heating was down) heating system was down. caught a bad cold that night not turning on heat for a month into cold season breakfast room is small
Room was hot , air did not work.
The mattress was lumpy making a lousy night's sleep and the pillows were like rocks. This king size mattress needs to be replaced ASAP!. This was room 369!
This is an older hotel that doesn't show it's age. The rooms are very spacious unlike others where you can hardly walk around in the room. The grounds have a pool and a jacuzzi but not in the same location. The jacuzzi is more secluded so it is geared more towards an adult quiet time for relaxation. Didn't get to use it, but there is a putting green on the property. Nice touch that you won't find at most hotels. The price is very reasonable and I will book a room here again! Top it off with a complimentary breakfast that is not just a continental breakfast, and you have the best bang for your buck in Fresno!
Great location; close to almost everything. A/C was very nice and it was quiet for the most part. The buildings and rooms are outdated and need to be renovated, the WiFi was horrendous and about as good as 1 bar of 3G service on my cell. For the price, we could've stayed at a more modern hotel, but the location was excellent.
The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Even when a tour group arrived, the noise level in the room was not disturbing. The layout of the breakfast area made it hard for my father who requires a walker to get to the food and back to his seat.
Pet Friendly Plumbing was horrible! and the only pet friendly rooms are with a King beds only. Had to get a roll away that was old and saggy
The rooms are pretty secluded. I originally picked this hotel because of the bar and restaurant but it was being renovated when we got there.
Good value . Plumbing needs updated.
Booking.com messed up the reservation but the hotel figured it out and got me a room. Nice place but the area isn't the greatest.
Very nice and hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. If you are in Fresno during the summer you can enjoy the big pool, just perfect. A refreshment in the evening or in the morning, it was very clean !
Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was good size. Price was good for one night in a good location. Only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. They didn't provide you with a password for the free wifi on there own.
Loved the front desk staff! Comfortable beds and clean room. Great security staff! I felt very safe even when late at night. Wonderful location! I will definitely be staying there again when in Fresno, guaranteed! It is a bit outdated. Could use a renovation but that's just my vanity. All facilities were very clean and I was very comfortable during my entire stay.
Room was very nice for what we paid Continental Breakfast options were horrible toast and butter ...
The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived had ezcelent customers service. Although, I should have been leery when my 9 year old asked if he loved there and he chuckled with a rapid no way. Lack of attention to cleanliness.I paid the extra money to stay in a safe, clean gotten...I got motel 6 quality in a room.
The price Rooms are dirty and dated. Furniture and carpets have huge stains. The other room had roaches.
Found my granddaughter sleeping on a bare sofa bed at 1130 pm. Apparently they ask for linen and was told they don't have anymore. I insisted that they provide linen for health issue. Very poor costumer service
No protein at breakfast.
Nice pool. Room was clean. Breakfast only until 9 am. Our room was in a separate building. There wasn't a lock on the door of the building so everybody could walk in and out.

Husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary. The hotel is clean and well kept. The staff was great. The room was clean. We stayed on the 'freeway side' of the hotel and the noise was minimal, nothing to complain about. This hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and theaters, which is why we chose it.
The location. It has been remodeled but when I opened the window the screen was old and bent, it would not stay on properly The mini fridge was extremely loud, I repositioned it but still loud. The bed was ok but for a remodeled hotel I expected better.
Carpet was dirty and stained. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows had no firmness to them at all. Will never stay there again.
The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly, and more than willing to assist with directions, restaurant and shopping reccomendations. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast service. The selection of breakfast foods did not vary from day to day, and was not as plentiful as other hotels I have stayed at. The pancake machine didn't work properly. We stayed for 5 days, so eating the same cheese omelet every morning got old. I would have preferred more variation in the breakfast, like cooked oatmeal and more fresh fruit selections, and would have liked flavored coffee creamers instead of plain milk. Overall, though the hotel was good.
I would reccomment to anyone and stay there again.
This was a great choice and a great place to stay. It's quiet although located just off the highway. The front desk host was very friendly when we arrived, provided us with a folder of driving directions, suggested things to see and do in and around Yosemite. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had good hot selections. We will definitely add this to our list of preferred places to stay!

the first room that I was given was 'DIRTY'. second was was ok. I should have gotten a 'DISCOUNT' on the room.
Convenient to place we were going Cleanliness adequate, not great. Freeway noise loud. Outside double window would not close.

From the moment we walked into this hotel, we felt welcomed. It is in a very good location on the north end of town, close to River Park Square, a premiere shopping center. Breakfast was exceptionally good.
Nothing. I was an awful experience and didn't stay there. The first room smelled and was not the room I paid for. I went to the office and showed the lady my itinerary: 1 king bed, accessible, and non-smoking. She told there weren't any accessible rooms available. The second room smelled. I left. NOT happy.
Pool has garbage floating in it. Our sheets peeled and the mattresses had some nasty stains. The toilet was broke. They lock the office so we only got breakfast once. Garbage under bed. Dirty garbage can with IDGAF written on it. I had to ask for pillow cases and towels and wait hours for them. Pillows were lumpy and dirty looking. The office is locked all night and they aren't competent about keeping keys active. Purple towels no bleach. No housekeeping. Overflowing dumpster.
Location The sheets were dirty,no soap. Asked for ice buck n was given a bag to put ice in. Booked room for one price but when I checked in had to pay more.
Nothing at all. I didn't even stay there. I did not like anything. Hotel was very dirty.
Room was clean and neat. Nice and quiet all night.
Clean, quiet and staff is great. We're able to accommodate me when I needed to stay longer.
Worst hotel experience ever. The night manager charged a $20 deposit to be refunded in the morning. We had to ring the bell to wake a manager at 8:30 am the next morning. The manager promised to refund te $20 deposit to the credit card. Not done. Dirty, stinky carpet, smelly. Trash and full. Drug addicts wandering the parking lot. Never stay here ever.
Dirty towels too
Not well maintained - holes in walls and doors. One of the rooms was not cleaned well from the last occupants. Pool was dirty. One of our party found a roach in the bathroom. Definitely does not live up to any Knights Inn I've ever stayed at.
I liked my last visit so much more. Last time i was in a middle room, room 316. No one was in the room on one side of me and i guess that made all the difference. This visit i liked the staff, i liked the location. But i didnt like how my room was in a corner near the ice machines. It was also near the stairwell access. So all morning and night i could hear every guest that used the stairs and the ice machines. How is this a better experience then a regular room i had on a previous stay? I had an apparent luxury suite with a whirlpool. The whirlpool made such a scary loud sound when i tried to use it that it scared me from partaking in this feature. Also it increased the noise as i could hear the other occupants taking their whirlpool bath in room 309. I was in 313. During the night i had to listen to 309s air conditioner unit go off and on. In my room there was barf/vomit residue stuck to part of the ceiling that i had to clean. The shower, while i like the space (it was very long) i didnt like that the door wouldnt stay open. It was weighted and kept swinging closed. Also the door to the toilet didnt have enough clearance to open and close without having to bump your legs against the wall just to use the toilet. I paid for a luxury experience but i got woken up several times, and didnt get a good nights rest. I think sleep and quiet should be paramount at a hotel. So you need to add some type of felt pad to the metal latches on your interrior stairwell doors. You need to install better whirlpools if you are going to advertize them as a special feature. And possibly get a better brand of coffee in the coffee pouches.
Very clean Quite and room was big bed was perfect and the bathroom was wonderful too. There was no bad points, everything was great.
It was a very spacious room, decorated nicely and very clean. Staff was very friendly. It was a great value.
Beautiful rooms! The outside doesn't give it justice. There was a $50 deposit that was half the price of the room. If I wanted to spend $150, I would've gone elsewhere. It caught me offguard.
Smelled like cigarette smoke and all furniture had holes in it ...left after two hours
everything, the staff, the place, the facilities really nice place and in the perfect location
The room was set up like a little apartment. Breakfast was great. When all the guest came back to their rooms. The internet was always dropping or getting kicked out of it. Need to expand their internet service
My family chooses this hotel everytime we come to Fresno...because of the comfortable rooms....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...and the pool...Thank you for being our family's 'go to' spot. Gomez-Martinez Clan
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was HUGE! They put me in a delux suite for $85. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a pool and hot tub which were very clean. The grounds are beautiful! And the parking was secluded, covered and safe. I definitely recomend this place! Nothing, this place was great.
Bed a bit soft for me.
