24 hour shuttle service to/from airport, service at desk was fast and efficient. Very unclean- dust bunnies on floor, food from previous customers in the mini fridge, bathtub was dirty and there was an obvious clog in the drain. The walls are very thin as well.
They should be walking around and getting rid of the rooms that are doing drugs. I did not appreciate it at all!
Location to university Old and outdated from the building to the linenes....
Steps away from CSU Fresno so it's great for a campus visit. Complimentary breakfast is included although bland. Lots of parking spaces. Good place to rest your head and leave. Overpriced for what you get. It's more like a motel 6. Go to hotel and the TV cord was ripped out the wall and it took 2 hours of hassling them for it to get fixed. Walk from the bed to the bathroom with bare feet and they will end up black. The area has a lot of drunk and homeless people surrounding it. Heard multiple arguments outside my window as I was trying to sleep.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, as there are three different restaurants nearby, all of the priced really well. There's also a 711 nearby, in case you need to grab drinks or anything of the sort. One of the beds I had was broken in the middle and wouldn't stop squeaking. We ended up switching beds, and the second one was fine. Also, when cleaning up and getting my laundry, i checked under the bed to see if one of my socks was under the bed, and I found a jack daniels bottle, and tons of paper just thrown under the bed, making me wonder when the last time the room was actually cleaned.
This was a great hotel for the price. The room was big, there was plenty of parking, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the continental breakfast was bigger than expected (sausage, ham, eggs, cereals, toast, and juices) The rooms looked clean on the surface but were in desperate need of a deep clean. The areas under all of the furniture were pretty bad.
The price was good and the room was fairly spacious. The location next to the YART stop was great for us The beds were very uncomfortable.
It needs to be updated. Walking the hallway smells dirty. Our room was clean. But very outdated.
Quiet. Wooden floors even in bathroom. Blackout curtains. Two tables. Two beds. Phone in bathroom.
The pool is big enough for the kids to really swim and play. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Good customer service, room clean.. overall 10
The hotel was in good location lots of different things you could do eat, shop in walking distance. Didn't like that the ice machines didn't work on 1st floor had to use 3 Rd floors ice machine which ran out of ice daily.
Clean, affordable, nicely renovated. Would stay here again.
Clean simple rooms great price Location is a bit difficult but does not affect the hotel.
Breakfast was not great, rooms had cheap updates
Bed and pillows were wonderful. Wifi was fast and reliable. No fan in the bathroom -- seems like a major omission.
room smelled like urine, staff moved me to the room next door but it could still be smelled. Traveling with pet and this was one of the few places that would take my pet. Dunno why they have a pet deposit if a pet room smells that bad. I am not making up how pungent the smell was, it was as if someone left an open jar of urine in the room. The room next door had the same, but fainter, smell.
Value, breakfast, shower water pressure Mattresses were too soft and caved in in the middle. Also, thin walls.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean & neat. It's not fancy but very comfortable.
Children above us were running making tons of noise very early in the morning.
Evything else was good No elevator to second floor
Good value for the money. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast.
It was near the freeway
Hotel spent an hour trying to look for my reservation because Kayak never sent it to them. Terrible experience. I was tired, it was late, and I was just standing there and waiting in the lobby. Will not use kayak again to book my trips.
The room was set up like a little apartment. Breakfast was great. When all the guest came back to their rooms. The internet was always dropping or getting kicked out of it. Need to expand their internet service
My family chooses this hotel everytime we come to Fresno...because of the comfortable rooms....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...and the pool...Thank you for being our family's 'go to' spot. Gomez-Martinez Clan
CRT TVs - drapes to hallway stuck open - smoking area directly outside my door - cheap furnishings and fixtures were badly worn
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was HUGE! They put me in a delux suite for $85. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a pool and hot tub which were very clean. The grounds are beautiful! And the parking was secluded, covered and safe. I definitely recomend this place! Nothing, this place was great.
Smelled like cigarette smoke and all furniture had holes in it ...left after two hours
everything, the staff, the place, the facilities really nice place and in the perfect location
It was a very spacious room, decorated nicely and very clean. Staff was very friendly. It was a great value.
I liked that all the rooms were suites. It appears to be an old apartment building converted to a hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous and the place was clean. Overall, besides breakfast and the tv., I would stay there again. The continental breakfast had a poor selection and both days we went to use it, it was understocked. We had to ask for milk and juice. The only fruit they had were apples and they were small and low quality. I didn't even know they had apples the first day because nearly everything was gone. Also, the breakfast was only from 7-9. Most places I have been have had a better variety and longer breakfast hours. In my room I had a TV that might have been older than I am. They really need to upgrade the TVs. The decor, although clean matched the age of the TV.
Wonderful suite. Great pool and spa. A little dated.
Beautiful rooms! The outside doesn't give it justice. There was a $50 deposit that was half the price of the room. If I wanted to spend $150, I would've gone elsewhere. It caught me offguard.
Bed a bit soft for me.
The hotel was nice and the room was very clean, had a good working air conditioner, and it was quiet in the halls. I heard no noise from the other guests despite there being a convention nearby, no opening/closing of doors, or other random hotel noises. The staff was very friendly. I did not enjoy the pillows on the bed. They were way too mushy and offered no real support or comfort. The location wasn't the nicest and I found it's downtown location to be rather depressing and grungy. While the noise from inside the hotel was nonexistent, it should be noted that there are trains that run close by and their blaring horns were heard throughout early morning hours. If rest is what you want or are sensitive to sounds, this may not be the best location.
Clean comfortable Sparse on amenities
Loved the hotel. It was a HotelTonight experience for us as we left Kings Canyon and decided to stay in Fresno instead of making the trip home to San Francisco given we needed to charge our car and have dinner. The place has a great Tesla Wall Charger which means we woke up to a full charge. Dinner was great and the restaurant had a nice wine list. Food came out fast and was delicious. The pool was great for the kids and me as we had been hot from hiking all day. They had noodles for the kids and overall it was just a fun night cap. Highly recommend this hotel if you are Fresno. The Atrium type setup can make it a little louder than most hotels
Surroundings are beau and quite! A bit pricey!
Easy to get to. Had I been flying- super close to the airport. When I got in my room, the sliding glass door was unlocked. The TV was fuzzy reception- to the point of giving me a headache.
Beds and pillows are good the size of the room an the stefany the front desk lady is nice and helpful we go to Madera children's hospital every four months to take our daughter for check up she has cerebral palsy and it was cheap and good to stay here it was tech first time we enjoy. Thank you It was a little bit noisy because there were motorcycle people that weekend and upstairs that were stepping here and there. Other thing you guys don't have elevator
I wasnt impressed at all. My stay was for work so i didnt need much more than a clean bed to sleep in and a place i could work in between meetings so it was good enough for that but it was far from impressive. It could have been cleaner the and staff could have been more customer service orinted.
The rooms are pretty secluded. I originally picked this hotel because of the bar and restaurant but it was being renovated when we got there.
The staff was excellent, personable and nice and gave very appropriate recommendations about where to eat/drink in the neighborhood. Hot tub was nice and clean, and our room was very quiet and overall it felt clean despite being a bit outdated. The room was large, but felt kind of shabby with plastic-y mirror frames, outdated bathroom fixtures that were very 1980's. Hallway smelled heavily of old cigarettes. It would have been a bummer if we were there for vacation-- but since it was more of a business trip it was not totally disappointing. Another bummer was that the hotel bar, Oliver's Pub, is closed for renovations until spring 2016-- I did not realize this beforehand, and this amenity was a main reason why I chose this hotel.
Room was larger than average, clean, quiet, the amenities were better than advertised.
clean good size room quiet landscaping good location provided space heater (heating was down) heating system was down. caught a bad cold that night not turning on heat for a month into cold season breakfast room is small
The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Even when a tour group arrived, the noise level in the room was not disturbing. The layout of the breakfast area made it hard for my father who requires a walker to get to the food and back to his seat.
Good value . Plumbing needs updated.
The mattress was lumpy making a lousy night's sleep and the pillows were like rocks. This king size mattress needs to be replaced ASAP!. This was room 369!
Great location; close to almost everything. A/C was very nice and it was quiet for the most part. The buildings and rooms are outdated and need to be renovated, the WiFi was horrendous and about as good as 1 bar of 3G service on my cell. For the price, we could've stayed at a more modern hotel, but the location was excellent.
This is an older hotel that doesn't show it's age. The rooms are very spacious unlike others where you can hardly walk around in the room. The grounds have a pool and a jacuzzi but not in the same location. The jacuzzi is more secluded so it is geared more towards an adult quiet time for relaxation. Didn't get to use it, but there is a putting green on the property. Nice touch that you won't find at most hotels. The price is very reasonable and I will book a room here again! Top it off with a complimentary breakfast that is not just a continental breakfast, and you have the best bang for your buck in Fresno!
Room was hot , air did not work.
stained Carpet Noisy Heater Lumpy Bed
Pet Friendly Plumbing was horrible! and the only pet friendly rooms are with a King beds only. Had to get a roll away that was old and saggy
I think my thermostat was broken so it was a bit chilly, but other than that it was great!
The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived had ezcelent customers service. Although, I should have been leery when my 9 year old asked if he loved there and he chuckled with a rapid no way. Lack of attention to cleanliness.I paid the extra money to stay in a safe, clean gotten...I got motel 6 quality in a room.
No protein at breakfast.
Very nice for a small amount of money
I did not like anything about this place. As soon as we walked in there was a huge cockroach. We walked to the bathroom and we found more cockroach. The breakfast was super small and the waffles were cold.
Room was very nice for what we paid Continental Breakfast options were horrible toast and butter ...
It was so unexpectedly nice! Especially for the money I paid, I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely return! Loved the fridge and microwave, also. Could benefit from deeper bath tubs but that's about it!
The bed was clean. If you are a single guy looking to say during the week for work its ok. I would not take my family. Hotel is outdated, Room had old carpet, bed and furniture are oldee. Tons of people smoking marijuana outside. Lots of shady characters walking around the parking lot.
Found my granddaughter sleeping on a bare sofa bed at 1130 pm. Apparently they ask for linen and was told they don't have anymore. I insisted that they provide linen for health issue. Very poor costumer service
The price Rooms are dirty and dated. Furniture and carpets have huge stains. The other room had roaches.
Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was good size. Price was good for one night in a good location. Only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. They didn't provide you with a password for the free wifi on there own.
Loved the front desk staff! Comfortable beds and clean room. Great security staff! I felt very safe even when late at night. Wonderful location! I will definitely be staying there again when in Fresno, guaranteed! It is a bit outdated. Could use a renovation but that's just my vanity. All facilities were very clean and I was very comfortable during my entire stay.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Carpet and couch in room worn and stained.
Undergoing renovations and no refrigerator or microwave first night. Not told when i checked in. Said they were "not guaranteed for queen bed rooms".
Good hot breakfast and accommodating staff. Beds were comfortable. No complaints.
The breakfast, the beds. Good pit stop for those going to sequoia.
Everything was clean and in good condition and the breakfast was very good.
Simply it had all that's was described. Four story building, relatively quiet. Walking distance to the airport. Nice to see security patrolling parking lot, but didn't fee I was in a bad part of town. Bed comfort was average but pillows were good.
Clean, nice pool. Has all the basics. Good little cafe in lobby.
The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was great. But, for $139 a night in FRESNO they could have done better for the free breakfast. We stay at a lot of hotels during the last year. This hotel by far had the worst food for breakfast. Prisons probably have better food.
Our visit was surprisingly nice. The grounds were beautiful and had numerous fruit trees. Our room was very adequate. Spacious, clean and comfortable. the property is close to the freeway for quick access and close to many restaurants. The breakfast was adequate the best part was the fresh squeezed orange juice from the trees grown on the property. Our only real concern with our visit was while enjoying our breakfast provided they only had powdered cremenfor the coffee instead of liquid like all other properties. But comparably to other places we would still visit again and hope a Starbucks opens up close by in the near future b
The staff was extremely accommodating in getting us a room even though they didn't have our reservation. The hotel was booked solid due to a track meet but did get us a room.
Friendly staff. Location convenient but very close to busy street. Couldn't sleep due to traffic noise outside. Could not turn off lights in bathroom - they were on the entire time. Sink and tub very slow to drain. Breakfast mediocre.
Difficult entry/exit from street.
We were there for a BMX race at Woodward Park. The location was very convenient- close to the park and many restaurants to choose from nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with our refrigerator and a staff member was up to our room in less than 5 minutes to fix it.
I will never use kayak or the Radisson again they double charged my credit card and never gave me my money back causing my back account to over draw and do not recommend paying with goggle wallet cause there how it all started and the all just gave me the run around I hope that alot of people see this before they also get ripped off
Decor, bedding, and customer service. Power outage which led to a beeping smoke detector and also a loss of pressure to the plumbing which we found out the next morning. Also, the window seal wasn't very tight, and on the 9th floor it gets windy which led to a non stop howling. The doors to the rooms are very large and heavy and there is no soft close to them. So throughout the night we were woken up by the sound of slamming doors and people talking very loudly. This combined with the window noise and the fact that we had to change rooms in the morning to take showers due to the pressure led to a less than satisfactory stay.
I like the location of the hotel Parking is terrible. The streets were blocked at night due to construction making it a struggle to get to the hotel. Most especially, our room did not get cleaned at all for the two nights we were there. When my husband mentioned it at checkout, the guy he spoke with looked at him like he has two heads....and said "well I'll let the house keeper know."
A lot of issues with room service getting orders wrong.
There was a parking garage. So, a place to park the car, was nice. But, the parking garage smelled like pee. The beds were clean. There was not a working ice machine on our floor. The vending machine was incredibly loud. The lightning in the halls were dim & dreary. The shower head had a few sprays of water that created a little more than a mist. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. The neighborhood was sketchy, at best. We will not be returning guests.
Conveniently close to all Government offices in Downtown Fresno.
The giant room, bed and TV with cable. Nothing really
What I loved About our room was the face bowl outside of the bathroom so my wife could put on her makeup, or comb her hair while I take a shower in the other room without fogging up the mirror. The Decor of the room was very tasteful colorful and beautiful. The breakfast was not continental but a full size breakfast. The staff was excellent on the night shift and dayshift will stay again and recommend this hotel to my friends The pool was laughable it look like a watering hole big enough for 3 to 5 people to get in and be crowded
Extremely quiet. Very....very clean. It appears to be a brand new facility it was so clean. Room for breakfast is too small! Ended up eating our breakfast in the lobby area because not enough table/chair space.
It was well kept, the service is great, gives everything I need at a reasonable price and a good location. I'll be coming back None of the pillows were sufficient. Too hard. I forgot to bring my own, which I usually do, but wonder if BW could think about a variety of different pillow sizes.
Cleanliness, Hotel staff
Helpful staff, nice room at a good price. location was on our route to local national park.
Good proximity to a wide selection of restaurants and friendly, accommodating staff.
Clean nice room, they did accommodate a last minute arrival as I was unexpectedly in Fresno to visit a family member in the hospital. Staff was nice. Fire alarm went off early in the morning. Waited for an announcement or a call/knock of some kind which never came. Somewhat dis-concerning. Family (Assumption) upstairs had kids (Assumption) which started running back and forth between door and window across room from each other. Water was luke warm at best. For the price and name familiarity I surely expected better. I won't be making that mistake again.
We were greeted every time we passed by the front desk, and the staffs were truly pet friendly. The room was spotless and odorless. Although this hotel is conveniently located near a freeway entrance, our room was extremely quiet -- no traffic noise at all! Beds were comfortable and the internet speed was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Housekeeping not available after 1pm.
Good value hotel off the freeway - justwhat I needed
the front desk staff were all extremely helpful with directions and hotel info .. great job overall. Breakfast ended at 9 - 10 would have been better
Very clean Quite and room was big bed was perfect and the bathroom was wonderful too. There was no bad points, everything was great.
I liked my last visit so much more. Last time i was in a middle room, room 316. No one was in the room on one side of me and i guess that made all the difference. This visit i liked the staff, i liked the location. But i didnt like how my room was in a corner near the ice machines. It was also near the stairwell access. So all morning and night i could hear every guest that used the stairs and the ice machines. How is this a better experience then a regular room i had on a previous stay? I had an apparent luxury suite with a whirlpool. The whirlpool made such a scary loud sound when i tried to use it that it scared me from partaking in this feature. Also it increased the noise as i could hear the other occupants taking their whirlpool bath in room 309. I was in 313. During the night i had to listen to 309s air conditioner unit go off and on. In my room there was barf/vomit residue stuck to part of the ceiling that i had to clean. The shower, while i like the space (it was very long) i didnt like that the door wouldnt stay open. It was weighted and kept swinging closed. Also the door to the toilet didnt have enough clearance to open and close without having to bump your legs against the wall just to use the toilet. I paid for a luxury experience but i got woken up several times, and didnt get a good nights rest. I think sleep and quiet should be paramount at a hotel. So you need to add some type of felt pad to the metal latches on your interrior stairwell doors. You need to install better whirlpools if you are going to advertize them as a special feature. And possibly get a better brand of coffee in the coffee pouches.
Heater to the room didn't work I couldn't sleep it was to cold in the room
Great wifi reception and breakfast
It was well kept. Paper thin walls could hear multipal noises in alternate rooms and passers by on sidewalk.
We found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable! We were a little disappointed in the breakfast. Hot eggs wod have been nice.
More sign advertising. Quietness
The room was clean and the towels were soft and luxurious. I like the presence of a small dining room for business or family use.
Everything this place is amazing and I definetly recommend it to anyone who's looking to book in Fresno, the staff was very welcoming the room was perfect just how it shows on the pictures. Everything was perfect I wouldn't change anything about it
The night clerk was kind and courteous. The room was amazing and the hotel location and accommodations were perfect.
Friendly staff and large home-like room. Bed seamed small for a queen, it squeaked terribly. We arrived on a rainy night and the walkways to the rooms are not covered. One of the walkways had a large puddle about 3' deep and our feet and luggage got wet.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and very functional. No!
Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Quiet location.
Amazingly clean and well appointed. A lot of noise coming from the room above.
Generous size in my queen suite. Bed was wonderfully appointed. Halls need new carpet.
The area around the hotel (parking lot, grounds) was well maintained. The hotel was quiet and had an easy lay out. The nearby freeway noise was pretty loud at night, and it isn't the easiest to find unless you're using a map or GPS.
One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast more than met our expectations and the staff was very friendly. The bed was hard, like really hard. And the pillows were just as bad. Looked fluffy on the bed but flat once in use.

Quiet, plenty of parking, helpful staff. Room was booked and confirmed as a nonsmoking room. The room STUNK when we walked in with an overpowering deodorizer/ air freshener that was plugged in and on high. The smell was overbearing. When unplugged, the room stunk like cigarette smoke.
