Excellent hotel and staff
The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Cozy rooms. Great for families or romantic getaways.
Find out if your room has a private bathroom. It did not seem like room 26 has a private bathroom.
Arrival. And then it was all downhill. The younger man at the desk for the evening shift was effortlessly helpful. It was easier for him. The location was pleasantly suburban but not the most convenient . This is the kind of place I like, and if I'd gotten a better room I might have been much happier with it. For anyone with a car it would be good as there is space to park.
My room was spacious and had decent lighting, but it was terribly inconvenient, with no space for non-hanging clothes or for toiletries. The worst was how very dangerous the shower was to get out of. I had Room 24 - -# 22 looked somewhat better. There were 42 very steep steps up to the 2nd floor (our 3rd) and, although they did make a quite old, small man carry my 2 heavy bags, it was not done eagerly, as I had been promised on the phone. I had said that if there was no one to carry my bags, I could not stay there. Breakfast was an additional 11 euros, but I did not want to be there. This is not a place for an older traveller - I would have loved it when I was 20-30.
Sefriendly, very obliging staff and wholeheartedly runned hotel excellent breakfast with regards to your own wishes

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast a memorable experience. The hotel is in a delightful old building and a convevnent part of Frankurt.
Nice rooms, really nice hotel for the price. Great breakfast.
Exceptionally courteous staff. Breakfast service worth the additional 9.50 eur! Quiet but easily accessible location. Immaculate rooms. Appreciated in-room wc and shower.
Location, Breakfast, Parking (free), big room, family atmosphere
A little bit outdated but OK, can be noisy (wooden stair cases!)
