Pros:
Tara, the Avis Rep at the airport was GREAT! I called ahead to make sure the reservation was in play the day before. She made me feel secure in my travel plans. The day I arrived, she called me by name. On returning the car, I needed lunch and this airport is SO small, there is no restaurant. I was surprised and had already turned in the car. I gave Tara some cash and on her break, she went to McDonalds to get me a sandwich. I'm SO appreciative, she really made my trip.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
Daniel was especially helpful, he went out of his way to tell me about the features of the car. I had been upgraded to a Ford Fusion, which, as a hybrid car, behaved a bit differently than a traditional car (for example, the car is completely silent at startup, which is surprising if you're not expecting it). I really appreciated the generosity of being assigned an upgraded car, and I appreciated Daniel's help.2.0 Poor

Staff lied about vehicle availability. Left me totally high and dry.Cons:
Manager was no help in remedying the situation. Refused to even help me recoup my pre-bought insurance costs. Terrible.6.0 Okay
