A beautifully furnished, neat and simple hotel. Quiet and comfortable room with spacious bathroom.

The location of the hotel was superb! (Right next to the station, walking distance to sightseeing spots etc. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay there bext time I visit Florence.

The location cannot be beat. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was awesome. And the staff were friendly. The only drawback was that the walls are too thin and you can hear a lot of what goes on in the room next door.

I have been travelling in Italy for 2 months and this hotel is the best. The position is perfect, the view sensational. Rooms comfy and spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and efficient and are smiling which is rare in customer service in Italy. The restaurant has a wonderful view of Florence, the ambiance and service from the staff are great. A very comfortable and ejoyable stay..10 from me

We liked staying in a well maintained older hotel. Rich dark wood throughout, stained glass windows, and a view of Florence from the rooftop terrace that is unbeatable. Staff was helpful. We had a water leak in the bathroom that we couldn't pinpoint, but the smell wasn't reassuring.

It was a bit difficult to find it, but it is very close to the rail station and a 5 min was to the Duomo. Not so comfortable mattress, but clean and comfy rooms. The complementary breakfast was amazing. Not so comfortable mattress

Stuff we liked: 1. The location was hard to beat - we could walk everywhere. 2. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice way to start the day. 3. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - got us reserved tickets into Ufizzi and Academia and provided helpful suggestions. 4. Room was clean and bathroom was on par for what I have come to expect from Italy. Air conditioning and wifi were nice to have. To be honest, we were really pleased with the place considering price, location, and friendliness of staff. The one thing I would say is that the bed - while not uncomfortable and completely adequate - was not an incredibly comfortable bed. But it worked - we slept great.

Very stylish and modern hotel. Staff was very warm & helpful. Extremely convenient location across the street from the main railway station in Florence and a short 10-15 minute walk to all the major sightseeing destinations. Solid breakfast was also included. Highly recommend! Will be returning there the next time I visit Florence. Our room faced the street which does come alive every morning with cars and pedestrians. The breakfast was excellent, wide choices, enough to satisfy most. Bed was very comfortable. All was super clean. Wifi worked just fine and was free. Lobby staff were friendly. They allowed me to check in 3 hours early, which was nice. The noise insulation between rooms wasn't great, including the door going out to the hall. They are doing some construction to the entire exterior of the hotel, so you may have noise (but it was only during the day), and you may have people walking around the outside looking into our room. It's also a loss of safety to have all that scaffolding up. Also, loss of views out the windows from rooms that face outside. Some people may not be bothered by any of this.

On the outside it blends in perfectly with Florence architecture. On the inside it is refurbished and equipped with all mods and cons. A really beautiful hotel.

I liked the room with a view to an beautiful garden. I liked to stay in the garden. I liked the breakfast. The personal was very kind too.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The location is great and very quiet. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable.

I can't state how helpful this hotel staff was. From check-in to check out, they handled everything. The hotel is short on frills, but the staff alone is worth the stay. the shower - weak pressure, barely warm, took a few days to fix, but it eventually got to tepid, so good for water conservation!

A classic Italian hotel, in a quiet location yet close to the railway and bus stations, and within easy walking distance of the main city sights.

The courteous staff and the facilities available. They were renovating a room above ours and the noise was too early, but this is not a criticism of the hotel itself

I do a lot of travel, and I have to say this is a great boutique hotel , really nice atmosphere. The hotel has a nice diningroom with a great menu. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are super clean.( which is a must) . Great location.

the staff were very helpful there was a nice atmosphere with a lovely courtyard and trees which was a welcome relief as it was right in the middle of the town. the pool is not very big good for a dip but not a swim. the gym is well equipped not in the hotel but just around the corner and doesnt open until 10am and not at all on Sundays

The location of Hotel Rivoli could not have been better. The staff was top notch, with a special thanks going out to Ermelinda. She totally rocks. The hotel was beautiful, spotless and I could not have asked for a more beautiful room which had a private terrace that was such a wonderful and pleasant surprise. This is the only hotel that I will be staying in when I return to Florence for future trips. There is absolutely nothing that I did not like about the hotel, other than that I had to leave it. I could have stayed in this hotel forever.

Staff was very attentive. Turndown service was a bonus getting upgrade was very nice
