I booked the car with Kayak and they allowed me to book it at a rental location that closes at 5pm, when my flight arrived at 5pm. Therefore, I missed the pickup, and when I went to get it the next day the price was twice as much as the original.

Rented a car with two patches in the tire. One let loose less than 40 miles down the highway. Luckily we were not in the desert driving when it happened. Roadside assistance sent us to a “more local” branch to swap out the vehicle and that branch had no clue we were coming. Total mess and I’m not stoked.

Pros:

Nothing, it was prepaid and they charged me extra on my card without my knowledge. I have confirmed a couple of time while returning the car and they mentioned I don't owe anything since everything is pre paid

Pros:

Gas in the vehicle was not the same as the amount on the receipt. Merchant said he would change up and never did. Bluetooth didn't work. USB port didn't work. Car was extremely dirty and hadn't clearly been clean in a while.

Cons:

Basically everything. Way overpriced, dirty car, didn't work, not a great vehicle and gross.

It was the fastest I was in and out of a rental office. The individual working at the drop off in Palm Springs was really nice. I can't tell you how disappointed I was that the type of car I reserved was not there since I made the reservation ahead of time.

Cons:

Offer wasn’t clear location did not include transportation from to airport, so had to eat that cost separately obliterating any savings discount. Also access to parking garage failed and office did not open at posted start time so had no help to drop off after sneaking into garage on piggyback of a condo resident, then had to park in avis shuttle slot since avis section of garage was locked closed by a chained gate.

Cons:

Car wasn’t cleaned and had no gas. Agent kept us waiting for an hour and a half, never generated correct rental wffeement, we were billed for $233 tank of gas which we did not use.

Staff were very friendly. Easy checkin process. The only downside is that our pickup location did not have child seats so not sure why my reservation went through. We were made to travel to another location to pick up a car seat. Did not like this inconvenience but we had no choice.

Location would not take debit card and offered no other assistance. Had to book another car at airport and take an Uber to there.

My car was booked for 12 they called me earlier to see if I would accept a 2pm pick up and I agreed. When I got there they told me my car was being cleaned and gas and that it would take 15-25. After an hour I received a dirty car with half a can of soda in the center storage and 3/4ths of a tank of gas. The car worked fine… but I’m not using enterprise ever again. I got traffic going to LA and was late to an appointment.
