Cons (-) When trying to edit our reservation online apparently I double booked. When we arrived and discovered the mistake the front desk clerk asked if I wanted to cancel one. I said yes. She cancelled it, never mentioning that I would still be charged for the room. After discovering it on my credit card bill, I called both Kayak and the hotel. Both refused to refund. Pros (+) I Stayed in this hotel during the SpaceX Hyper-loop Competition. As soon as I entered, I was immediately greeted by the concierge staff, who wasted zero time in getting me checked in and making everything as comfortable as possible. The room was very spacious, clean and organized.
