Pros (+) The location was ideal & the room had plenty of space...nice bathroom!
Cons (-) The couch was well-worn...needed to be replaced, and the A/C (unit under the window type) was not sufficient to completely cool the room. A/C ran constantly...the bed was near the unit, so it was pretty cool in that area, but it was about 10 degrees warmer in the lounge area where the thermostat was.

Pros (+) The hotel is very pretty and the rooms were so nice. Good location, quiet, lovely lobby & great continental breakfast. Very comfortable beds and very clean. I would stay here again, absolutely.
Cons (-) The room had some great upgrades but while it looked nice, it could have been more user friendly. The shower had beautiful tile but no place to put soap or shampoo, etc. The closet doors were mirrored but didn't latch, & kept swinging open & catching my clothing. The iron was so old it barely functioned & kept dripping water everywhere, the ironing board was older than me and damaged with sharp me...
