Pros (+) ALL staff that we incountered from valet to bellman house keeping and front desk were all very friendly and helpful. Having worked in the hotel industry it was easy to spot a top notch beautiful hotel with an amazing staff.
Cons (-) Toilet was loose or unattached to the bathroom floor but still functioned properly.
Pros (+) Great location, nice room, beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds, steps from the orange line, State St. and Michigan Ave., Theatres, and museums. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great rice view. Libby music was a bit loud, but the younger crow probably would think that was great!
Pros (+) We stayed here with our two older children (age 16 & 20) over July 4 weekend; an incredibly busy weekend for the city but this was an oasis of luxury.
