Pros (+) Great service and great location.
Pros (+) The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had a great stay and felt well taken care of. Rooms are well appointed, will definitely stay here again in the future!

Pros (+) Great, attentive staff. Terrific location by the river. Comfortable bed. Lobby Door staff was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

River view 7th floor deluxe king Room had one uncomfortable arm chair, and a tiny sliver of a window that allowed one to see the bridge over the river, but, no water or boats. Cons (-) Honestly, nothing comes to mind.
Pros (+) Great location near the CTA, riverwalk, theaters, shopping. Dog friendly! We have a Lab/Great Dane mix that we took along on a weekend. There is an off leash dog park 2 blocks away.
Cons (-) The parking is expensive if you use the hotel valet. You can save about half if you book a spot at a nearby garage through spothero or another site.
Pros (+) Easy reservations, numerous email reminders, e-checkin with room preference, quick check in and valet service, nice roomy quiet room.
Cons (-) Parking added 30% to the cost of room. The cost of parking in Chicago is a major negative to doing business in the city. The restaurant attached to the hotel ran out of black tea. The waiter indicated it happens frequently. The hotel lobby had no black tea. How can you run out of black tea?
Pros (+) The room was amazing and the location couldn't have been any better. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complementary hot chocolate and wine were also amazing.
Cons (-) The only problem I had with the stay is that the hotel parking lot charges $58 a night.
