Excellent customer service. The woman at the front desk was the best. If there was anything wrong she would turn any bad experience into a positive. Smiles, jokes. She’s someone you always want to meet when you first come into the store.

When I went to go pick up the car. The Avis person was very stressed and a little off putting and very quickly said they wouldn’t give me a car until after my scheduled appointment time. They had a few suvs and a lot of electric cars on their lot (none of which classes I ordered.) I was very calm and explained that I had an appointment I had to make, so they gave me a different class of car. The car was fine, just not what I ordered. Return experience was fine

No car, wouldn't accept drivers license because it wouldn't fit in their machine, it is the old style British licence but it is still a legal document

Canceled the reservation the same day I made it because the date was wrong and almost a month later and still no refund when I spoke with the woman on the phone she told me it was canceled and I'd see my refund in 5-7 days and nothing
