I rent a pick up truck because I had appointment to pick up the furniture since I'm moving in to the town, when I arrived to Sixt they told me the don´t have any pick up truck. I was expecting any kind of alternative or solution from Sixt, none. They blamed that it´s KAYAK´s fault. I had to take an Audi A3 that I didn't need, the car was also dirty and lost my appointment to pick up the furniture. In short I lost my time and my money.7.9 Good

We got a nice spacious car because they didn't have one in the size we rented onlineCons:
Pick up was good, but drop off at Nuremberg station was so confusing. No signs for where to leave the car and they don't have an office there so you have to go to one of the ticket counters in the station to leave the keykeddy by Europcar
