They didn’t have any cars and I was left to scramble to find something with last minute inventory and with last minute price inflation.

I didn’t get to rent the car. I called at 5::17 and talked about payment options. I told them I was on my way, gave my address, and headed down. Had no clue they closed at 5:30pm. It was buried in the reservation details, and the person I spoke to made no mention of it, either. Just overall poor customer service and communication from both Kayak in their platform and also the local Enterprise.
