The facility is not large, but the staff were incredibly polite and did their best to accommodate the ebb and flow of reservations. Suggest either not trying to rent a car when the cruise ships all arrive or being very patient.

Everything went smoothly, but long wait times, which can only be expected coming off a cruise. At least they had 4 people working the counter as opposed to 1 or 2 at many other rental places!

The vehicle and pick up were good. Shuttle service was very efficient to the port. However, a $9.99 port access fee was added to the bill. This was not parking the price that was booked originally.

Pick up was a nightmare. Took over 90 minutes to line up and get a car. Took the Budget shuttle from the cruise port. It identified only as Budget and the driver didn't advise that there are 2 locations. Of course I was at the wrong location. Paid an additional fee so I could get a car after the longest wait. The guy behind the counter wanted me to buy the toll pass for $13 per day. Said there was no option of paying if I didn't have exact change and it would cost me $10 to $15 to get to Orlando from Port Canaveral, it cost me no more than $10 and each toll had a person that was there to give change. The toll from Disney to the airport $2.75. It would have cost an additional $70 had we bought the "toll plan" as recommended. If I spent $15, it would surprise me. Drop off was a breeze. Took all of 2 minutes and the interaction was pleasant

It was extremely busy however every person on line was “priority@ except me. So every time they called someone new it was “priority”. I ended up getting passed by a lot of people and waiting for longer than I felt necessary for my car. So that felt like an insult because I am not priority because I never travel because I am a teacher. So how about we start prioritizing teachers and stop prioritizing business people. Thanks

The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car. Long wait time to get car, charged for a car seat when I didn’t have one. Then to top it off the vehicle was infested with German roaches. Spent hours inspecting our luggage’s and throwing away belongings that were infested with the roaches.

Awful experience!! A nightmare! Waited and waited in line only to have no 7 passenger vehicle available which is what I reserved. People were so upset. If I rent again I won’t be going with hertz.
