Pros (+) The tram is right outside of the hotel. Very convenient for traveling to the train station. There was also a store that was close by as well.
Pros (+) Great staff, one not so friendly but hey! This is Amsterdam! The rest more than made up for her. Very clean. Very modern. Very COMFORTABLE. Transportation into city center was not bad at all with bus and tram station nearby and a main train station within a 12 minute walk. Pay for breakfast, pricey but worth it.
Cons (-) Everything was great, I plan to return and recommend to all my friends and family.

Pros (+) Great rate (much less than hotels downtown) and included free breakfast, wifi and had friendly helpful people who all spoke English.

If arriving with suitcase from train station, go out the BACK door of Central station and then go down stairs below and look for Tram 12 to get to hotel (2 stops) If not, it's a 10 min walk but a bit tricky initially to find.
