100% dislike due to last minutes flight cancellations and terrible customer service experience. Do notice us early at least 24 hours before departure time.
Pros: I was not accepted by the airline and I didn't get any assistance aside from getting out of the airport. Tried calling and all they can say is we cannot do anything

Cons: I’ve been traveling with AirAsia since quite a few years, but recently AirAsia flights are being delayed quite often. This is not how budget airlines usually work. They’re known for their on-time operations. I hope AirAsia works to improve on this issue.
