It took them five tries to give me a car. In part because they didn't stock motor oil at the rental shop. And they just accused me of not returning the car two days ago!

Pros:

Easy pickup and drop off. Decent quoted price, but that wasn't the real price.

Cons:

I requested unlimited mileage, but they charged me for mileage overages anyway. Also, I brought the car back full of fuel, but they charged me a fill-up fee anyway. I had to fight hard to get theses charges removed but still ended up paying more than the original quote.

Cons:

The pick up location was no longer in service, but I received no notification of the change. The new location was in central Paris making pickup/drop-off extremely challenging especially on a Sunday when most of the roads are closed. Staff was unhelpful and unapologetic for the inconvenience.

It was there when we went to pick it up and the type of vehicle was what we expected.

Cons:

Even though we had clearly marked on our itinerary that we were going one way, we were charged an extra 400e that was not accounted for in our booking.
