Pros:The staff are the best I've encountered in any hotel anywhere I've been. They stand and greet you anytime you set foot into the lobby. The cleaning staff are extremely thorough; they clean and vacuum the room everyday, all glass surfaces, toilets, counters also cleaned spotless. Decent breakfast. The rooms have quality doors and windows, perfectly functioning AC, extremely comfortable beds and sheets. Nice leather sofa and coffee table in my room for lounging. The hotel sits about 100m in from the main street therefore it is peaceful, you only hear the birds chirp (if your window is open) and absolutely no traffic noise. Also it is located in the quieter and cleaner part of Yerevan city center. Hotel staff is always ready and willing to help with anything you want. I was totally impressed by this hotel. I would not even think twice about staying here again. I probably wouldn't look elsewhere actually now that I have experienced it.
Cons:The path (driveway) that leads to the hotel doesn't have any lighting so you have to tread carefully at night not to step on an obstacle or puddle if it has been raining. The hotel itself is very well lit though. There is no real view of anything so if you require a nice view then this won't fit the bill. Personally, I didn't care about having a view because I was out exploring everyday. I gave the location 4-star rating because I'm a solo traveller and like to be where the action is. The hotel is about 12-15 minutes walk to Opera where most of the nightlife is located.
