Pros (+) Great location, nice kitchen to prepare small meals
Cons (-) Moldy smell to the AC, the room above me was a smoking room and the smell came through the vents and a few good size bugs.
Pros (+) The location was excellent for access to the beach and downtown Wilmington. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in/checkout was incredibly quick.
