Pros (+) The hotel was close to the beach and Boardwalk. It seemed very clean.
Cons (-) The term " boutique" is a little misleading. I expected something a bit more classy, not just an old building with a handful of teeny tiny hotel rooms. Although the room was clean, it had a very strong "cleaner" smell. We had to keep the windows open in addition to using the ac. The rooms are super tiny. The mattress was horrendous and the sheets were very stiff and uncomfortable. Off site parking...
