Pros (+) The only thing I liked was the location of the place. We walked everywhere. It was 2 blocks from the Boardwalk.
Cons (-) The whole place needs a renovation. It’s a run down very nasty motel. It was extremely dirty. It’s worse than the dingy ones you see in the movies. I didn’t feel safe being there at all.

Pros (+) There was nothing to like. I shopped for the least expensive room in the general vicinity of Cape May, NJ. That lead me to Binns Motor Inn.
Cons (-) The area around the hotel was depressing. The hotel itself was the most rundown place I have ever stayed. Everything was old and/or dirty and/or dilapidated.
