This hotel was OK, but not what I expected for a 4-star rated location. So-so clean, mediocre room, pretty unimpressive breakfast. No red flags - it was acceptable - but next time I’ll try to do better.

Cons (-) Louisa at the front desk was awful. I called & spoke to her BEFORE I booked this hotel to make sure my 18 year old daughter could check in & she stated as long as it was prepaid that would be fine. Louisa was at the front desk & refused to let my daughter check in. I called & spoke to her & she was rude & called me a liar. We will NEVER be back.
Pros (+) We had an excellent time Going to our Nephew's graduation at Sheppard Air force base. Was great for the money. : )

Cons (-) the safety aspect of this location was very disconcerting It seemed to be a truckers overbite stay location. It was also in a rather unsafe neighborhood. As a female traveling for business I would not recommend this location. The hotel is way past due for an up grade. The look of the hotel make it appear dirty.
