10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very welcoming, the check in and attentiveness was excellent. We were shown to our room, which was large, modern, extremely clean and well appointed, with a new bathroom with a power shower. Evening meal was excellent with very attentive and friendly staff, and nothing too much trouble. Location is near everything within walking distance. Breakfast was very well cooked with good choice, and friendly staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Cons: So long as the standard of staff friendliness and helpfulness stays at the very high standard set, there is nothing needed to improve as the facilities, meals, and rooms are excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located, the staff were very friendly and lovely food!
Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was of a very high standard. Lots of choice for breakfast.
Cons: We had a deluxe double room - whilst the bathroom was to a very high standard, the room was small and a little dated. It was also right above the smoking area for the pub, meaning the smoke came in through the open window. Felt it didnt really justify the amount charged.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very helpful staff
Cons: WiFi was very poor, unusable virtually.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely hotel attached to a nice pub. Good location a short walk from Warwick town centre. Good room facilities with still / sparkling water and fresh milk for coffee machine. Carpark entrance down a narrow alleyway - would be difficult in a big SUV - luckily I have a Golf so was fine! ;) Attached to pub, but didn't hear any noise from it in the evening.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very good
Cons: The room was very cramped without wardrobe or space for clothes
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, just a short walk to the town and castle. Manager Chris was very welcoming, pleasant and funny. Our bar meal was so tasty and Chris served that too. A lovely place full of character and a buzzing atmosphere in the evening with locals and tourists alike. Lovely and clean room with everything you would need for your stay including a specially dedicated cloth to clean off your makeup. Just a brilliant idea to keep those white towels from getting stained with makeup!
Cons: Ok so if you could just put some cushioned mattress covers over the mattress as springs were really annoying at night and we did a lot of tossing and turning. That’s our only gripe really. The room was hot and the AC unit loud so we didn’t use it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location as only a short walk to the castle. The place was spacious and clean. We had a family room in the courtyard and was perfect. The breakfast next day was really nice and really good value for money. The little touches around the place made the place very pretty. Highly recommend and will return and stay here again.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location for Warwick Castle
Cons: We had a double executive plus room not worth the money very basic but was clean

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Delicious! Marcus cooked up an absolutely delicious English Breakfast for me.
Cons: Nothing, I absolutely loved it there. Maybe a floor fan in the summer, but it wasn't too bad!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were given a lovely warm welcome, so very friendly. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I had a spectacular four-poster in my bedroom, which was well-equipped and very comfortable. My hosts were very welcoming and hospitable and provided a delicious breakfast both mornings. There was off-street parking around the back (you need to know how to get there!) I was able to walk easily (5- 10 mins) into the centre of town to get dinner - there was a wide selection of restaurants, although not all were open on a Tuesday night.
Cons: I was disturbed by traffic noise on the road outside from 5am both mornings. You couldn't hear anything in the breakfast room, so I'd imagine that a room at the back of the house would be very quiet, and I'd ask for a room at the rear on another visit.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hosts. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner and her son were so incredibly accommodating I can't even begin to tell you. I was travelling alone and I felt safe and looked after by both of them. I was only there one night (I was in Warwick to attend a wedding), and planned to visit Stratford the next day and they not only let me leave my bag behind and kept it safe, they even gave me a lift to the station for me to catch my train home. I didn't ask them to, they are just really nice, helpful people, who will try and help you if they can. I even sat on the sofa watching Colombo with the owner till it was time to leave. I upgraded to a superior room for just another £5. The room was lovely, bright and airy, and super clean. The shower was good and everything worked in there. I had a great sleep. No criticisms whatsoever.
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building and furniture, very tasteful. Family run and this is reflected in the pride they have with the service they offer - love and a personal touch, nothing was too much trouble. Parts are undergoing renovation/redecoration but at no inconvenience or loss of enjoyment of the property. A delight to stay and would hasppily do so again.
Cons: The little heater didn't work but did not matter too much as we only wanted it briefly just to take a slight chill off - sorry to the owners we forgot to mention it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast was excellent really well cooked. The Hotel is in a really good position in Warwick near the town centre and Castle. The host Marca and his mum are such lovely friendly people always had a smile for you.

Pros: The location was 10 minutes from the centre on foot, private parking available and very close to St Nicholas park! The room was clean, fairly small twin room but fine for an overnight stay! Comfortable beds and breakfast was nice! Very friendly staff, the son did the breakfast and was very helpful!
Cons: Room slightly small but apart from that nothing to fault!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bathroom had been newly designed. Bright and white.
Cons: To know how to access car park prior to arrival.

Pros: Clean, modern, good car park, pleasant setting overlooking golf course. The cafe / restaurant staff went out of their way to be helpful and polite - well done.
Cons: V disappointed breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate. Feels Rather more like a local authority leisure centre with hotel rooms attached, rather than a 4* hotel. Im sure if you are a golfer or primarily there for the pool etc then it will appeal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is ideal for a Long Weekend Getaway - Close to Stratford-Upon-Avon & Warwick . The facilities are tremendous, you are able to drink and eat outside on the ground. The breakfast is excellent & the smoothie's are sublime after a workout, swimming sesh or relaxing spa day! Thank you, to all the staff there for making our Bank Holiday Weekend perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Size of room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was brilliant - such beautiful grounds and fabulous facilities.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Pool and changing facilities were great. The room was a good size and very comfy.
Cons: I’d hoped for a better evening meal - it was less a restaurant menu than a bar one which was fine but didn’t really offer the same choices. Also found the mobile signal patchy but that’s nit-picking!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, Nice room and especially liked the fact there were electric car charging facilities.
Cons: Shower would never stay at same temperature. Would go colder for 5-10 seconds then get back to temperature for a minute, then would do the same thing again. Happened every day and did not matter what time of day either. Room Service was not ideal although problems were dealt with effectively.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room, great facilities and location

Loud outside couldn’t sleep, drunk people outside shouting until early hours of the morning, then get woken up by sorting out the chairs and tables early in the morning. Limited parking which is not stated that you can just about get three cars in the car park. Weren’t informed about a cycle race there on the day we left, no signs anywhere and it was on 9-5 and were trapped in the car park until then.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The very friendly, helpful staff were a delight. The location was A1 for ease of getting around the town.
Cons: The rough wood walls in the bathroom looked out of place. The hand basin in the en suite was too small and not easy to clean teeth at without splashing the rough wood. Must make it hard to clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location fantastic. Polite helpful staff. Free parking. Great breakfast!
Cons: Only thing we didnt like was that there was no bin in the living room - only the bathroom.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: Breakfast no croissants no fruit and no CEREALS and car park not adequate our car was sticking out on pavement
6.7 Good
Pros: Great location. Lovely view of the town square.
Cons: Room far too small. Sink in bathroom was tiny. Shower had no power and also too small. Main light in room did not work, reported to management but was still not fixed. Tv in room was terrible quality. Breakfast was not great and had to wait over 30 minutes. No hand rail on staircase up to the rooms, this is dangerous.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast and staff on the whole were friendly and helpful
Cons: Room was tiny, more like a wardrobe than a room for a couple and had a green light on the ceiling that stayed on all night to prevent guests falling down in the dark on the steep steps in the room. Had dinner on the first night and it was mediocre and overpriced

Cons: Nothing place was lovely
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the location is good for visiting the town center, castle etc.,. The breakfast was very good with a range of cereal, toast and cooked English breakfast.
Cons: Rather disappointed after seeing the photo's on the website, the B&B room itself was very tired looking and in need of some TLC, the carpet is stained and skirting board hanging off . The room itself was clean, bed linen, towels etc.,. all lovely but because the room was so tired looking everything just looked a little grubby. Our room was on the front and the road is rather busy so there was a lot of traffic noise and the music/radio from the downstairs bar could be heard upstairs in the room.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel location was ideal with easy access to Warwick Town Centre. On site car park although the entrance was a bit narrow. The room was also very neat space wise. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Ok for one night.
Cons: The breakfast was less than average 4/10.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The quirkinesses, a lot of character, staff very friendly. Bed comfy, nice towels and a good breakfast. Within easy walking distance to the town and castle
Cons: Stairs very steep and narrow but only to be expected in a very old property, would make sure not to bring a large suitcase as a struggle to go up.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Good shower.
Cons: Dirty carpets on stairs. Hot room, no fan in room. Noisy traffic outside room. Toilet seat falling down on oneself. Premises locked up when we returned at 10pm therefore no one around to ask for a fan, only found information folder containing phone numbers after searching drawers (should be on display.) Only one saucer with cups in room. Unable to fill kettle under bathroom tap, had to use glass. Tiny TV.

Cons: Perhaps a little more choice on breakfast buffet.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and did their best to sort out everything.
Cons: Booked 2 rooms via booking.com but they only had me down for one and at a higher price! After a few wasted minutes managed to correct it but was a bit of an issue as no twin rooms left only doubles!
9.6 Excellent

Cons: Nothing in particular.

Cons: The food from the Al a Carte menu was poor value. The air conditioning was not working and the bathroom had some areas of damage. 5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel looked wonderful from the out side and the location was very good.
Cons: The room wasn't very clean and the wallpaper was hanging off due to being papered on top of the old paper. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast good choice of items, bed comfortable
Cons: The evening meal menu could be more varied to accommodate a smaller plainer appetite
7.5 Good
Pros: The facilities were clean, the staff friendly, and the food very acceptable.
Cons: I went to bed but just after midnight there was a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom that stank out the bedroom. As it was just after midnight, I used the fan and opened the bedroom windows to try and clear the room. I did not sleep much and at 7.30 in the morning I telephoned Reception to make them aware there was a problem. He said I should have phoned in the night and they would have moved me to another room. I didn’t think that was a possibility so just put up with the problem. I really didn’t want to pack up my stuff and move as my daughter and grandson were in the next room.
5.5 Okay
Cons: Lift constantly broke down. Breakfast was basic. Rooms very small.
7.5 Good
Pros: Pool and Gym. Nice staff and nice evening meals
Cons: Needed better range of cold breakfast items. And cream on dessert " fresh wipped cream" was tinned spray cream which is yuk!
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel is in a pleasant location next to the parish church. It is an imposing building with a spacious car park at the front and, no doubt in former times, exuded an air of grandeur. Two single rooms were booked; one was above a generator, or motor (to cool the cellar, I was told) which was very noisy, necessitating a request to move to another room. This was dealt with efficiently and helpfully. The rooms were clean and comfortable, if a little basic. The bathrooms were clean but the shower in one of the rooms was very weak. Both rooms were exceedingly warm (even with windows open) with no air conditioning, making sleeping very difficult. We did not use the pool or gym but they looked inviting and well equipped.
Cons: We were served lukewarm tea at breakfast and the use of mass produced plastic pots of runny jam and tasteless marmalade is evidence of an inattention to detail. The fabric of the building was severely in need of repair in several places (e.g. rotten windowsills, crumbling plaster and heavily marked paintwork), leaving an overall impression of shabbiness which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
6.3 Good
Pros: Good helpful staff
Cons: Very noisey Wedding party
4.2 Okay
Pros: The look of the outside
Cons: We got very poor quality rooms
4.6 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Poor customer service, no cold water in bathroom only scalding hot so unable to bath or shower. 21st birthday party going on, no food available, no drink available, and no parking as all the party goers had taken it up and we had to park on a street away from the hotel. Breakfast was cold and when complained nothing was done. Party went on until 1.45 no sleep. Terrible place rude staff no, no no,.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff - good breakfast - good little swimming pool and gym
4.6 Okay
Cons: The property was very outdated needing a lot of attention Staff were lovely though and breakfast good

Pros: Location was great as close to an event we were attending. Arrived quite late so pleased to be able to find somewhere on site to eat. Would stay here again.

Pros: Pleasant comfortable rooms, we’ve stayed twice, lovely decor, excellent breakfasts, pleasant staff, the location in the middle of town
Cons: Traffic noise
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Nice room. Great bar. Nice polite staff. Parking nearby.
Cons: All good.
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast menu and food was amazing. Great atmosphere in the pub in the evening and the food was, again, excellent. Very friendly staff. Very impressed that they compensated us for the problems with our room.
Cons: Unfortunately our room (room 7) was above the kitchen and the air conditioning was right outside. It was very noisy until midnight. Also there's was a terrible smell of drains in room. Our friends were more than happy with their room though so I think we just had bad luck.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really good location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Toiletries premium, breakfast and coffee delicious... staff friendly and relaxed atmosphere
Cons: Outside seating area needs improving
9.2 Excellent
Pros: There were two highlights at the Globe. The staff and the restaurant...both were excellent and a reason to stay. My wife is a trained chef and we eat pretty well in Europe. I have to say that this was the best wood fired pizza we have seen (and eaten) in England! The staff was kind and attentive. The rooms were priced correctly. They updated the bathrooms and the bed was comfortable. Only negative comments are the room was a little loud and parking was five blocks away at a public lot. The cost was 4 pounds for a 24 hour period. If we were in the area I would book it again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The place and the staff
Cons: Nothing
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location is excellent, food is great, staff very friendly
Cons: Rooms are dated, not very clean, facilities were poor, coffee machine leaking water so unusable, bathroom unclean, Mould on the ceiling in the shower area , no sanitary toilet bins,

Pros: Cosy room (size was good). Super friendly staff, good restaurant, great bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, this is a fantastic accomodation option and highly recommended. Manager is very helpful and extremely responsive. Food is good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will happily stay here again.
Cons: Some of the catering staff need a bit of training

Pros: The room was excellent, good size and very clean. Breakfast was excellent
Cons: Food available was very limited and the nearest pub was 20 minutes walk.
4.0 Okay
Cons: 2 night stay, room not serviced, breakfast very poor, cold plates with a choice of scrambled egg, beans, bacon and sausage, no mushrooms, tomatoes or vegetarian options. Two teabags means cuppa on arrival or in the morning, for £70 a night it's not worth it!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast good for what there was. Location good..
Cons: The Harvester has gone so had to go elsewhere for a meal
10.0 Excellent

9.4 Excellent
Cons: Very handy for the m/way. Not so good for food though as the pub next door has closed down & you have to drive into Warwick to get something to eat
4.2 Okay
Pros: The croissants were delicious and flakey. The breakfast spread was very enjoyable.
Cons: The breakfast situation was a not organised. The staff were overwhelmed by the rush at breakfast which seems silly because they knew the guests staying at hotel that would be present at breakfast. The rooms were not very clean and overall instead of being a peaceful trip it kept us very uneasy.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for work and close to Warwick Castle.
Cons: Parking was limited although I was one of the lucky ones to get a space.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly.
Cons: The water from the shower wasn’t hot enough, just lukewarm, in fact, the water from the handbasin didn’t even heat at all.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Were up for a visit to Warwick Castle - ten minute walk to the ticket office, ideal. Also central for all town facilities. Great selection of restaurants outside the front door from Pizza Express to Ask Italian, through a number of Taps bars, Giggling Squid Thai. Short walk up to Market Square, plenty of bars and outside seating. Stayed in the courtyard rooms. Room was compact, but very comfortable and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful - good local knowledge. We got parked but that could be an issue if all spaces were gone. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with lovely black pudding.
Cons: There were roadworks right outside and it was a bit of a mission to find the car park around the back as the high street was closed. But only temporary blip I'm sure.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good central location, old coaching inn
Cons: Old coaching inn- floors slope, water supply poor, hard to get shower temp right, not enough hooks. And - water leak onto our bed from room above
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were all so amazing and helpful
7.9 Good
Pros: Location to the castle and local pubs. One staff member stood out - do not remember her name but she had been there ten years and helped with toilet issue. She also showed her appreciation of our patience with that problem.
Cons: The young lady on duty when we arrived was a little vacant and lacked knowledge. Her welcome was non existent and we had to prompt for information. Did not even lift her head to say hello as we stood in front of her. Information on parking should be updated. No mention of parking for free in rear of hotel!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great location and lovely breakfast.
Cons: No carpark.
6.7 Good
Pros: The central location ion the town.
Cons: Smell in the bathroom, like as if a damp mop had been left in there, Also, there was no place to hang towels after use i.e no hanging rails, and no place to put shampoo/ body wash bottles in the shower cubicle, other than on the floor.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff were nice and helpful.
Cons: Decor was a bit bare. Room smelt of smoke. They moved me to a bigger nicer room and staff were very pleasant but hotel itself could do with a refurb.

Free parking but make sure you ask at reception as we weren’t told on arrival and almost paid. Breakfast was good. Location just off the motorway which is good.
Cons: No free wifi at all which is a bit of a joke these days
7.5 Good
Cons: There was trouble with in another room a domestic situation that went on for quite a while ,But there was no one to calm the situation down it,It was me and another occupant that calmed the situation down until police came, Someone could of been getting killed and there was no help.I was not happy at the time.
7.9 Good
Pros: Food was excellent staff amazing. Property is looking a bit old and worn.
Cons: Had a very bad experience with another room with police being called at 4am kept up all night plus bed was very noisy when turning over, bedroom needed a new bed.
7.4 Good
Pros: Staff were courteous and professional. Room was good, facilities were good.
Cons: Prices were ridiculous. £24 per day to park your car on the hotel car park. £12.60 for a Jack Daniels and Coke. Breakfast choices were very limited - what was available was good quality but I would expect a better selection for the standard and price.
6.0 Good
Pros: Dining was very good both food and the area
Cons: Room was a bit too crowded. Almost no photo of the bedrooms in the website.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean, our room was very comfortable, air conditioning, towells and bedding changed every day. Staff very efficient and friendly. Couldn't fault it
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was at breakfast the pots of tea each only had one teabag in and we like our tea strong but we just asked for extra tea bags and this was sorted..
8.8 Excellent
Pros: All round very good, but the staff were supremely helpful and caring.
Cons: I was surprised that wifi was not a flagged free service. Implication was that guests had to pay £12 unless they were members of the Hilton honours club, but with a little perseverence a free log in code was given.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Pricey wifi
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was full of choice and had something to please everyone
Cons: General decor could do with tidying up
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Right from the off, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities in the room were excellent, you couldn't ask for more. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a fantastic offer on in the restaurant for a set menu on both nights I stayed, with the food being sublime. Breakfast offered an incredible variety of choice. Fantastic car park, which is free on weekends.
Cons: The lights at the side of my bed were slightly dusty, but that's all I could possibly fault!
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful
