No delays, timely departure and arrival. Seats are too small, no leg room.
Good price. Be on tine
improve the way of boarding the plane
Salida fuera de tiempo Filas largas para documentar, SIEMPRE TARDAN DEMASIADO Rompieron mi equipaje
I didn´t like the fact that I booked all of my tickets for my family together and they decided to sit my 4 year old and my 8 year old away from me on their own.
They cancelled out flight with no notice.
Volaris is terrible, they were refusing to honor our tickets because they sold more tickets than the seats they had available, really bad and expensive experience. its a shame they are still in business.
Flight canceled without notice had to ask what was going and then they told us flight was canceled
Volaris changed my flight without my permission, pathetic airline
Check in process was very slow. The rest of the services were good.
Fair flight for the cost
Easy travel, nice flight attendants. Less time to get luggage.
Plane was comfortable but it took over an hour to drop off our bags. Poor communication
Volaris seems to always have a problem getting to our destination on time!!
Always delayed
Economic flight is good even selecting priority seat and boarding for $10 more was worth it. But, the seats were totally worn out with no more padding on the bottom to the degree that we could feel the metal supports. In Mexico city they told us which Banda to pickup our luggage, but everybody realized on their own after 30 mn that they put the luggage on a totally different one on the opposite end. Good thing ours had priority, the luggage came out, but the rest of the people didn't know what was going on.
Volaris is the worst. Two flights canceled.
Boarding was late and baggage retrieval took one hour
2/2 flights taken with this airline and boarding process was horrible, delayed flight and no onboard service
No entertreiment on board. Food options to purchase were lame Cancun airport was a TOTAL chaos... Connecting from Tropic Air private terminal to main terminal is not good. A shuttle running at certain times takes passengers to terminal 4 ONLY. My option was a US$20 cab ride for a 5-min ride or else I would have lost my connection
I paid for two baggage by accident and I just took one checked bag, I did not get a refund, the worst costume service. At check i was just 1 or 2 persons working and a long line.
4 hours delayed
Boarding procedure was just awful, if you have older family members who can barely use phones dont get them on this airline, they require you get your own boarding pass through the app and pay for your baggage there also which the app sucks, even after you pay you have to show them you paid if not they will charge you again ohh and they charge you $15 to print your pass which is crazy every other airline clerk does this procedure at the counter and prints it for you, and they dont even give you a wheel chair even if you requested months ago, never again in my books.
There could be better organization at the airport. It seems we are all cattle lining up for slaughter!
The ticketing employees are horrible. Had me waiting over an hour with minimum communication.
Smells horrible
Volaris has no Wi-Fi, or in flights entertainment. New plane comfy, they were on time for all flights
Food
Excellent customer service
On board Volaris flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 57x40x33cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Volaris assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

Pitching itself as a low-cost airline with affordable prices and streamlined amenities, Volaris has grown to become a significant member of the North American aviation industry since commencing operations in 2005. Based in Santa Fe, the carrier has additional hubs in Guadalajara, Mexico City and Tijuana.
The majority of international flights are scheduled north towards cities across the United States, while flights are also available to the Central American countries of Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala. Volaris Costa Rica was established as a subsidiary of the main carrier in 2016, taking on the responsibility of more services within the Central America region.
Volaris only offers Economy seating, meaning there is no class separation between customers. Passengers are allowed to bring pets as carry-on luggage, providing that the animal and their cage weigh less than 22 lb. Vaccination records and health certificates must be presented prior to the pet being allowed to board the plane.
An exclusively Airbus fleet of aircraft is operated by the airline, with most being narrow-body planes that are suited to medium distance flights. The A320 and A321 families of aircraft are most common and can hold between 174 and 230 passengers. The colorful pixelated logo of the carrier is visible on the tail of the fleet with a black background. New planes introduced to the fleet are given a name, such as Ricardo or Stephany, which are then inscribed on the fuselage underneath the Volaris branding. Keep an eye out to see if the aircraft you are traveling on has been named.
