Can't beat the location. It's right next to the hospital and just a short walk from the center of town. This is an older hotel in need of renovation, but that's reflected in the price. Overall, it was a good value for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
Fairly clean. Great location right in the shuttle line. Had pool/hot tub Some people staying next door were speaking loudly at 130 am. Could hear everything.
The bed and linens were super comfortable and the location was great for walking around Vail Village. The elevator was small and the carpet in the hallway wasn't clean.
The walls are paper thin and could hear everything. The hotel was very dated and not renovated. You had to basically out your shoulder into the room door to open it. For $400/nt I expect a lot more but I guess it is "Vail". Hampton inns are much better
The price for staying in Vail The show setting was downright dangerous, Went from cold to scalding by moving a mm.
The hotel did seem to be a little run down the staff just went thru the motions. Perhaps they [the front desk] were just having a bad morning. i would stay there again...for 70 bucks ...thats all its worth...
The staff was friendly and efficient. The Evergreen lodge
Love the location and the staff is very friendky The facility is old and tired
This rental was in a perfect location to get to the slopes. It was huge and very comfortable. We loved the hot tubs and heated pool!
We go to Vail a couple of times per year. Sun Vail is a quality hotel with a mediocre location. The prices are great, the condos are great. You can stay closer to the lifts, but they have a ski locker at the gondola so why pay more for a shorter walk home.
It was extremely comfortable, at a perfect location! Never seen anything like the service they offer and we've been around. There's a great pool that I wasn't even aware of when booking and was an amazing bonus. Also for frum people going in the summer we were right next to the KMR group and they put up a local eiruv. In short, this place is affordable, even cheap for what it offers and absolutely has it all, adults and children alike.
The location and pool was great. Beds were very uncomfortable. They were also extremely squeaky and we could hear people having sex throughout the night and morning. The combination of this made it extremely hard to get some rest. Would be awkward with kids.
