I still love EVA Air
Pros: Love the crew and the ambiance of the plane and the comfort is nice as well as the food-typically.
Cons: No choice for kiosk and having to stand in a ridiculously long ticket line. The meal was gross this trip and she forgot my beverage, but she was busy. My tv didn’t pull out and I asked for help but no one came.review from

Professional crew!
Pros: Very impressed with the 2 female stewardesses of today’s UNI Air 8609 flight from Taipei to Magong (Penghu) as they have dealt professionally with a loud/rude old man who have used vulgarities while expressing his discontent, ignoring his equally loud wife and the crew’s persuasion. On a lighter note, this flight carries the “Bad Badtz-Maru” theme and many things including the airplane body, safety cards, luggage tags, wet tissues, paper cups and even the vomiting bags have the character on them.review from

Cons: No problems from the EVA side. However once the plane was. Ometely boarded and the doors closed, Shanghai air traffic. Intros made us wait st the gate for an hour before letting take off.

Excellent service, professional staff
Pros: I was very early arrived at the airport, and I found out that there was a early flight that I could return to Kaohsiung thistle morning. so I asked a customer service at desk and this staff tried her best and help me to get a very good seat and I could have a nice view And this trip to Magog was the first and special travel experience I had ever had in my life. I really appreciate you and the staff at this airline. May God bless you and your family!

My flight was excellent.
Pros: I liked right time, services, food. All are good. Entertainment is good too. The price is best compare with another airline. I will chose EVA Airline for next time. I had known EVA Airline by my friend, I thank him about this information flight. And I will introduce EVA for my friend.
Cons: I didn't like layover long time. I had changed early flight and paid 50 USD . If it was changed early flight it had taken =20$ will be good.review from
