Pros (+) There was no breakfast, and the pool/jacuzzi was closed as they're renovating the 1st floor. They do not tell you this. Also, our bed that was supposedly a king was a queen. Rooms are close and you can hear people's slightest whisper
Cons (-) Be a little more upfront about the renovations, we talked to a few other patrions and they didn't know about the construction either.
