Hours of delay after boarding and closing the door before departure without enough explanation

Given the horrible reviews for Tunisair I was just hoping that I would get to Tunis and home. I did, with delay, but, for the price (about half the other options and the only direct flight) I considered that it was a good choice and actually quite high on the price-performance curve. While the cabin looks threadbare, the main problem for comfort was that the toilet doors did not properly close and one toilet was unavailable and remaining toilet became completely filthy ... I mean excrement all over the toilet. Really disgusting. The flight to Tunis was two hours late, and the schedule showed a departure one hour earlier than what turned out to be the actual scheduled departure, something I could only find out the day before the flight by continual checking. The return flight was just one hour late, I was delighted ! Fortunately, I had planned my activities to expect, in the best case, late flights, so I was happy with what I got. Staff are not bubbling over charm but I thought service was perfectly adequate, the food was perfectly eatable. Despite good marks for boarding, that is only once you get to the gate, in Tunis it is pretty bad, and despite being able to get an e-ticket they don't accept them at security so you have to wait in the line to check-in with baggage even if you don't have baggage. But that isn't Tunisair's fault.

Cons: The flight delayed for more than an hour and have. They combined two flights and 2 destinations together. It went chaotic . People were confused about their seats. Many seats were assigned to 2 peoples... Yelling and loud on plane. Many missed their connection. Passengers were not happy at all

Cons: The flight was delayed for 5 hours and the plane was older then me, it was so crappy. The food was the worst, everything is cold and tasteless, worst airplane ever. In conclusion it was the worst flight i ever token.

Pros: The loading from the back of the plane was brilliant! The timeliness of the flight was nice! Staff was friendly and polite. They were very efficient & effective!

Cons: The food options were given as couscous or veggies but their was no specification as to containing met or what kind. Any entertainment whatsoever would be better for longer flights. The seats could be in beter repair and cleaner.

Cons: We missed our connection, and then when we tried to re-book our flight for the next available one, the employees at the counter were super rude and unprofessional. When we went to pay for the new flights, the credit card machine wasn't working, and we had to pay in cash. We didn't have that cash, and we had to go withdraw it from an ATM which charged us huge fees. We were very unhappy with how Veuling handled this.

Cons: Flight was delayed 2.5 hours.

Pros: The Tunisian Airlines employee told me that there was a problem with this ticket and that me had to buy a new ticket. Now how do I recover my money?

Cons: Don't ever work with Tunisair, there were 12 hours delays without a proper explanation or even sharing q single detail!!!

Pros: Clean plane, good captain. Quiet.

Cons: Did not update flight status on board, flight was 2.5 hours late.

Pros: The flight was average.

Cons: The mechanism to receive baggage at check-in broke during check-in. I waited 50 minutes in line for them to fix it. This was not acceptable as there were many other check-in counters not in use that the Tunisair staff could have moved to at the time.

Pros: Punctuality was very appreciated.

The station manager a lady, was not polite with the passengers

Cons: 6 hours late and the station manger a lady was not polite with the passengers. She was working against the reputation of tunisair.

A delay of 2hours with late arrival

Cons: The delay of two Hours . A very pour VIP Lounge for which I paid US$30 with no drinks other than water and other soft drinks too rich in sugar to be good for healt !! Poor cold snak : local too salty cheese, very common white bread instead of local tasty one, poor choice of unsliced fruits , cold croissant and numerous noisy staff watching an egyptian football game on the only open TV screen.
