Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to attractions, restaurants, and transit. Some guests also appreciated the cleanliness in certain rooms and the friendliness of select staff members. However, there were frequent complaints about poor cleanliness in other rooms, unprofessional or unhelpful service, and issues with room size, including very small or cramped accommodations. Noise, lack of amenities, and safety concerns were also mentioned. Overall, while the location is a highlight, cleanliness and service are inconsistent.
