fantastic experience Pros: service was great, the view was beautiful, the room was excellent. It seemed like the stars aligned for us, but that just may be the great service of the hotel. The weight room was great. The concierge made a reservation for us at this great restaurant downtown.Cons: I can't really say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel. I did a lot of research on hotels in toronto, and this was the highest rated and for good reason. If you're on the fence, go with Shangri-La
OMG......best hotel downtownPros: Beats Trump, Four Seasons and Ritz......hands down....amazing atmosphere in the day & evening......Cons: The pool was closed for a half day due to pipe burst.....
Romantic, warm & friendlyPros: Greeted warmly when we arrived, shown personally to our suite. All staff whether at the front desk, valets or cleaning staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Over exaggerated stupidly expensive Pros: It doesn't worth money. I give it 3 star place with 5 star price. Cons: See previous
