Pros: In reception, Abraham and Areli were exceptionally helpful in their recommendations regarding restaurants in the city as well as top malls to visit. I appreciated their courteous and great advice. Food quality was excellent, including the breakfast buffet. I will look forward to visiting this hotel on my return to Tijuana! The comfortable and very clean room was a good value. Spectacular view facing N from the 7th floor was much appreciated.
Cons: That the restaurant was not open after 12pm at night, although good sandwiches, salads and desserts were available. I must say that the quality of the food overall was excellent.

Pros: The hotel checked someone else into my room while I was out. My things were taken and the hotel told me that I had checked out already. My computer was of great value to me. I filed a police report and waited for 8 hours so that the manger could review tapes. Hotel finally realized they were wrong. It's been a week now and I've not heard from hotel our received my refund. (they wouldn't let me wait in my room and made me wait in the lobby for the 8 hours)

The property is centrally located near the financial area and government offices. The rooms are equipped with satelite TV and all rooms have either a king or queen size bed.Lucerna Tijuana is affiliated to the frequent flyer program club premier member of skyteam as well to the American express bonus points program.
Cons: The construction going on across the street at 2:am in the morning.
Cons: Made and paid my reservation online and hotel couldn't find it until I had to make phone calls and tell them teir own confirmation number, that was the only way they found my room, took about half hour to check in, promissed me an extra free breakfast, next morning different staff was there and did not even get the included breakfasts.
Pros: The rooms are nice and bed is very comfortable
Cons: The staff is extremely rude. Had to call the front desk so ice and it never was delivered. They would allow me to take sugar from the bar for my coffee I was told they would bring it up and an hour later I got my sugar.
Pros: All you can drink beers during brunch while watching NFL playoffs.
Cons: Smoking allowed.
Pros: I have to say that the place was nice. Ive stayed at other hotels in Tijuana and others look good from outside but lack quality in the room. The Pueblo Amigo Hotel and Casino has nice rooms and the room we stayed had a great bed. I was hoping for some type of entertainment there other than just gambling. Some live music would have been nice. The Bar was small and not a good place to just chill.
Pros: Breakfast buffet
Carlos was an awesome member of the front staff. They were all great but Carlos really made an impression.
Convenient shuttle to the clinic we were visiting
Cons: No fitness center
Pros: We got a GREAT deal!! Also, they have a very attentive staff, courteous and very helpful. They have clean, comfortable rooms...ours had a really nice view, fast room service, and a nice little Casino on site.
Cons: We only stayed one night and found nothing negative to say. A pool would be nice but since it was cold and raining, it didn't matter.
Cons: To many student make noise until so late 3 o 4 on the morning. And dont give anything to put on whinshild off my car to show security iam on the hotel every time in on parking lot
Pros: Loved the location and the facilities. No pool, but you can do without.
Cons: Room service and any requests for the front desk took hours and sometimes went unattended. That was the only flaw over my 3-day weekend.
Pros: Rooms are modern and casino was fun
Cons: No iron, blow dryer in rooms. Took a long time to receive ajy
Pros: It was cleaned room bed was comfortable
Cons: Totally old stuffs special shower

Pros: First off, the hotel looks nothing like the images. The staff is friendly. They are pretty good with English. Which is great cause I speak no Spanish. There is a complimentary breakfast included. Pet friendly.
Cons: We were in a junior suite. The room was ok. Our outlets were not working. So there was no charging of devices. The hotel is set up like a cruise ship, where you have to have your room key in order to get electricity to your room. When you check in, you are given two remotes. One is for your air conditioning and the other is for the tv. Our shower head was rusty and the water tasted of salt. One night, there were these incredibly loud females who were obnoxious and stomped around and were laughing at incredible decibels.
Pros: Modern place
Cons: Incompetent staff. Inattentive.
Pros: I am a repeat customer at Camino Real Tijuana. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean and matress is comfortable. I recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pros: Rooms were right on the ocean with a beautiful view !!!
Cons: Old and out dated unit with broken blinds and broken chairs , old dishes ... Owner is not spending much money on the unit...
Cons: Te hotel is ok and it has a great location but is not a 5 star hotel by far, the rooms need some TLC
Pros: Great location
Cons: Mattress was below motel 6 quality
Pros: They always had someone who can listen to you but did not know how he/she can help cause they were limited on services.
Cons: when ever you needed help they just kept you going around circles with their own experience.
Pros: the location
Cons: front desk try to give another room instead of the one I had already had paid for
Pros: First time I just did not like it at all they kept opening our room door just to see the occupancy but they should nock first, second time perfect

You can indulge in facials or aromatherapy, and Plaza Cafe serves breakfast and lunch. 2 bars/lounges and an outdoor pool are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like rainfall showerheads and pillowtop beds with down comforters.
Cons: I have stayed here about 6 times and this time it was horrific! The hotel is under new management and they are horrible. The front desk staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Never coming back here again
Pros: It is close to places I wanted to go: border, USA consulate, nice restaurants.
Thanks to this location we discovered Pampas restaurant, Brazilian cuisine.
Cons: The bathroom didn't smell good. It seems that the ventilator didn't do its job.
The sink is not deep enough to clean the hands, even though it seems fancy.
TV is terrible, the signal was very weak.
There was no wifi signal in our first day. On the second day, it was good.
This hotel is 4 star (Mexican's standard) and pricey. The quality is worse than those without star and cheaper in San Diego or USA.
Pros: The rooms were nice n clean. The staff was very friendly. Very helpful.
Cons: My stay wall overall good. The only thing was a concert that was going on somewhere near with very loud music and dj. Other that the room and location were good.
Pros: It had a pool and great staff security all around the clock
Cons: Bed are uncomfortable no fridge in the room no microwave wifi is not great
Pros: Very Friendy Staff. Excellent Shuttle service.
Cons: We had a room next to the ice machine which was a bit loud but not too bad.

After having fun at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Other highlights include a garden, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and room service.
Cons: Cesar at the front desk has the worst attitude. Booked through kayak for two nights. Cesar kept harassing me saying i only paid for one night when my paperwork clearly stated paid for two night stay. He made my little getaway a stressful get away! NEVER AGAIN
Cons: no service and no staff just grab your money and they disappear.

Pros: Very freindly service and terrific breakfast
Pros: staff very nice

Cons: The hotel receptionist are extremely rude and not welcoming
Pros: Rooms clean, nice swimming pool.
Cons: Front desk people very rude, took so long to chek in, they could not found my reservetion througth your agency, almost stay with out room , no early chek in , until 3 pm. Horrible experience.
Pros: The family Environment and hotel access.
Cons: The parking garage flexibility.
Pros: We really loved the pool - it was beautiful with palm trees, incredibly relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only a few spoke good English - but if you speak a little Spanish, it's not too bad.
Cons: All the fixtures in the hotel are quite old - there's mold growing in the Moen bath faucet, the bathtub was very worn out from years of use, the floor is the fake hardwood floors that are sticky because of the heat and humidity (I had to wear my own flip flops inside - hardly the most comfortable thing when walking around), popcorn ceiling. Perhaps this hotel was 5 stars back in its hey day, but it certainly needs replacing. Of course I knew I wasn't going to get 5 star resort for what I paid, but the rating is very, very misleading.
Pros: Everything was great , excellent service from arriving to end!!!
Pros: courtesy from bell boys, cleaning ladies and TV technictions, each where very promt.
Cons: ****The ladie in "charge" of the counter on 11/07/15 morning could learn a thing or two from the bell boys, valet people, TV technitions and the cleaning ladies on courtesy, eye contact and respect when a person is talking to them instead of using the phone and laughing loud and not attention to a simple request from the client.
Pros: The people here were so amazing. Attentive and polite. My Spanish is decent but not fluent and they would follow me as long as I could go in the conversation before switching to English. I would certainly stay here again.
Cons: Every elevator broke down while I was there and I had a room on the seventh floor. Remember that scene in the first season of Mad Men. It was kind of like that. That said I would never fault this lovely stay for mechanical failure. I will certainly be back.
Pros: We checked in then left after an hour
Cons: No English speaking staff. Ugly room design. Bad part of the town. Dirty elevator. No working direction on the safe box .......
Pros: Pool. Clean bedrooms.
Cons: NO WIFI. No signal at all. Only in a few spots.

Pros: We were given a room that was already occupied, but the lady at the front desk was amazing and wonderful and apologetic -- she fixed the problem instantly . . . by upgrading us to a suite, which we hadn't asked for!
Cons: For a new building, it sure creaks like an old one . . . when somebody above, below, or on the side moves. And the windows are pretty thin for an urban setting; those late-night sirens don't make it inside at some other hotels, but they rang loud-and-clear here.
Pros: Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Pleasant room for a budget hotel.
Cons: No safe in room.
Pros: Hotel was clean, sleek, looked new, had friendly staff, free breakfast buffet which was delicious, complimentary shuttle, 1 pm check out time..
