Pros (+) Morning staff. Courteous and professional young man and great female staffs.
Cons (-) The old man in the front desk, I think he might be the owner. In the afternoon when the courteous and professional young man left, the older gentleman was around the kitchen / front desk area. I went for a swim in their pool and could not find my way back to my room. As I walked towards the front desk, the old man came towards me in a confrontational manner, pointing to my wet shoes.
