The assistance with the wheel chairs was fabulous. All the people were so very friendly and helpful. I want to thank them all.
We almost missed our return flight. We got to the gate one minute from closing the cabin door, and the agent got us aboard the plane! We are so very grateful!!!!!
I already filled out a survey for this flight. We booked through KAYAK with airfare assist, and airfare assist did not confirm or honor our flight. Therefore, we had to go to a different place with a different travel agency. I tried very hard with airfare assist, They also promoted this on cheapair.com, but it was a bait and switch in both instances.
Boarded flight, issues with the place and had to get off the plane, wait, and then board a different plane at a different gate. This impacted my short trip negatively. A worker died outside of the plane window and we sat there the entire time while they tried to revive him, unsuccessfully, which was traumatic.
The flight there was frustrating but the flight home was very good.
Flight was delayed in phoenix by 1 hour. When Kenny got to minneapolis st paul, Kenny missed his connecting flight to Duluth on Sun country air. Sun country customer service did nothing to help Kenny get home to Duluth. We will not fly with sun country ever again.

When we landed in Minneapolis from Providence, the ground crew was unable to move the jet bridge to meet our plane because the wheels were frozen. We waited patiently on the plane for about 45 minutes while they tried to solve this problem. It was mind boggling that this would not be more quickly resolved, or anticipated, in a place where sever winter weather is the norm. We stressed about meeting our connecting flight to Portland, which we assumed would be our only option for that day. Fortunately, when we finally raced from our gate to the next one, that Sun Country flight had been delayed so we didn't miss it. We decided not to take anything but direct flights from now on, no matter how much cheaper.
No line to check my bag. Reasonable overweight fee. When the connection was late due to weather, the gate agent opened the door and let me on the second flight. The plane waited for my luggage transfer. My bag arrived on time at my final destination:)
I had paid for a seat assignment at the time of reservation but when I checked in the night before it wasn’t there. Had to purchase another seat.

Overview of Sun Country Air
Based in Minneapolis, Sun Country Airlines has year-round services across the United States and into Mexico. Departures are also scheduled from Dallas, Las Vegas, and Portland. The number of daily flights is dramatically increased during warmer months, with seasonal flights available to the Caribbean and Central America. Among the countries reached are Jamaica, Costa Rica, Belize, the Dominican Republic, and Aruba. An interline agreement is held with Condor, which provides nonstop flights to Germany.
Sun Country Airlines operates as an ultra-low-cost carrier and sells tickets at competitive prices. Services, such as checked luggage, are optional extras, with the standard fares only allowing a small carry-on bag that must fit underneath the seat in front.
Economy is the only cabin class available; however, it comes with a range of amenities and at least 30 in of legroom. There are seats that have as much as 34 in of space and an extra 50% recline if you are interested in paying to select your spot. USC and AC power outlets are also available next to upgraded seats. All passengers are offered complimentary beverages, which include juice and coffee.
Boeing aircraft are exclusively flown by Sun Country Airlines. The narrow-body 737 Next Gen series is favored for its fuel efficiency and 183-passenger capacity. All passengers are seated in a singular stretched cabin. The fleet is boldly painted in a dark blue and orange design, distinctively standing out from other planes. Several of the jets are named after lakes located in Minnesota, such as Lake Nokomis, Lake Winona, and Lake Jefferson.
