Ridiculous

Pros: Not a damn thing

Cons: I asked for water and the woman said there was nothing available and I had to take medication - is that even legal to have a plane with zero water??

Would never fly with star Peru again

Cons: It was over an hour late then we sat waiting on the runway for an hour which made me miss my bus

Cons: Bad service

Cons: I didn't like that we missed it; Avianca flight was over 4 hours late. The Star Peru Flight was late too and though we were at the counter on time they would not let us get in the flight or put us on a different one.

Inefficient

Cons: I have flown with star Peru 3 times. Each one was delayed at least 45min. We almost missed one because they never displayed the gate change. A different star Peru flight was cancelled at the same time and we were just happy to make it to our destination. My experience with star Peru has been disorganized and messy. Will think twice before booking with them again.

A non- flight

Pros: The staff was helpful in getting us booked on LA

Cons: When we reached the airport at 11am for a 1.30pm flight, we were told that the flight was delayed, and was likely to leave at 3.30pm. We had nothing to do, but tried to while away our time till around 1.45pm and returned back to the counter. There after, we were told that the flight had taken off ON TIME at 1.30pm. We weren't the only ones to have been bumped off -- there were about 15 people more. Star HAD our contact information, emails, phone numbers, etc. The least they could have done was to send us a text.

Cancelled without notice

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They cancelled the flight without notice and there was no counter no one to help I had to pay for another flight in another airline Worst experience ever

Flying to Cusco

Pros: Quick flight

Cons: Seats beside toilet with no window.

Economy way to fly

Pros: Flight on time. Kind crew

Flight delayed 3 hours because star Peru didn't have enough oil

Pros: Maybe it's hard to get oil in lima, but I find that hard to believe. Star Peru seems pretty disorganized

Delayed flight

Cons: Flight was delayed for more than an hour, would appreciate clearer instructions regarding the change in boarding gate

Small seats

Cons: Seats are small. Felt a bit like a cattle car.

Horrible Experience

Pros: Supervisor seemed genuinely sorry for the airlines mistake.

Cons: Star Peru overbooked our flight so they did NOT have any seats for us. We missed half of a tour we had paid for and had to wait until the next day for the next flight. What a nightmare.

Pros: They tried their best to rectify the situation

Cons: Too many problems and delays. I'm still not sure when my return flight will take place!
