Flight changed without notification to nearly 2 hours later than booke

Pros: Safe, quick flight. Easy check in and process

Cons: Upon arriving in Nassau from the U.S., we went to check in. We had booked a flight leaving at 4:00 pm, already a 3 hour layover. When we checked in, we learned our flight had changed to departing at 5:50 pm. This made for a very long layover in an airport with limited food options in the domestic terminal. Upon speaking to others, this type of change is typical and common.
