Pros (+) They were able to let me stay in my room with out formally checking in since I arrived past midnight. Location is not very central but close enough to walk to the hub of Hongdae. Area is not noisy and one can sleep peacefully. You can also leave tour luggage after check out in case your flight is later in the day.
Cons (-) Facilities are showing signs of age. Shared bathroom is not cleaned daily. A hassle if there are other unruly guests. No bidet for the toilet.
