Cons (-) Rooms are fairly simple. They could use a comfortable chair or two for relaxing.
Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Cons (-) The breakfast on Sunday was stopped right at 10 am and food removed while people were still trying to eat. It was rude.
Pros (+) Loved the location, that they had free on-site parking (very limited), and what a great breakfast!

Cons (-) The parking for this hotel is horrible!!! They have about 10 stalls up where the hotel is, then about 20 more below. We were NOT told its on a first come, first serve basis and ended up having to pay $20+ to park in the lot next door. I have never had to pay for parking as a guest of a hotel. Very disappointing.
