Pros (+) Just needed a place to shower and sleep, it was fine for that. Good location/good price.
Cons (-) Kind of strange room setup, bedding kind of stiff, towels felt like food service towels, shower water pressure was pretty low, a ceiling tile was super moldy?

Pros (+) It was old but clean. Pool is very small. Only a couple of blocks from the boardwalk and the beach
