Pros (+) The rooms were much roomier than most SF hotels we've stayed at. We purposely picked FiDi instead of Union Square because we wanted the extra space. We got the executive suites with king beds because they were not much more expensive than the regular rooms. Pros (+) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. Location was awesome with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, parking garages within close walking distance, and walking distance to Bay Area.

Pros (+) We came from the Embarcadero BART/Muni Station on Market Street which was a very comfortable walk. Arrived about an hour before check-in time and received a room right away. Front desk was backed with a line for awhile. Had a high floor on first stay and liked it much better than the lower floor this time. Room and features are good. Large screen TV nice! Cons (-) BATH ROOM DOOR IS A JOKE!. It is very heavy and slides open like an old barn door. It is impossible to use the facilities in the middle of the night without making noise that awakens spouse. Bed was firm but comfortable. Would prefer a top sheet instead of just the covered comforter. Towels were nothing to shout about.
