The rooms were lovely and dinner was fabulous.
Breakfast was mediocre and the staff (mainly the concierge) was nit very helpful. Also parking is $75. That’s crazy.
In a large double room, the sitting area had one very uncomfortable cheap chair. Fortunately, my wife did not mind sitting on the floor

Not much. The spa was priced really high so we ended up making other accommodations.
They need to add a salon that has someone there to do hair blow outs for customers staying at the Ritz.
