Cons (-) Our room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. We were able to get another one which smelled fine although it was smaller. Hotel feels worn out.

Pros (+) When I first checked in, Juan the front desk customer service was excellent.
Cons (-) I stayed there for 3 nights. When I checked in, the gentlemen name Juan was very nice and good customer service. About the room, bathroom sink was cloth. I called someone in the morning to fix it. On my second day, I got up to use the bathroom, there was no water. Very very disappointed. When I call, they said that there is a leak that is why we don't have water for another hour or so. It will be ...
