We ordered a narrow wheelchair for my mother who cannot walk. It never made it. I had to carry her to her seat in first class.

Nothing. My flight was changed due to Santa Barbara's problems (without letting us know that before) with its schedule. I was supposed to take off on 17th at 10 am, and I ended up heading to Caracas on 18th afternoon. This is so unrespectful and I am not traveling with this airline anymore. In fact, I had the same problem with my flight Caracas-Miami in December.

20 hours delay on both ways,, planes extremely old with awful service,, don't sell tickets on that airline to anyone!

The crew makes their best efforts The flights were delayed both way. The flight CCS - MIA was delayed for 6 hours to departure and MIA - CCS was 1 day to departure !!!!!!. I don`t like at all. No worth the paid. It is too much.
