I like how close it was to the arena I had my conference at. But due to the fact it’s connected to other hotels. I was very confused of where the Silver Legacy hotel lobby was especially being dropped off at the bottom where the casinos are. Need more signs. I got lost 2 out of 3 days I was there. Pros (+) Everyone was really nice. The rooms were nice and the beds were pretty firm, which I need. They also let us have a late checkout after we went to the spa so we could take our time.
Cons (-) The price for a couples massage said $125 but it was actually $125 per person so that could have been more clear. It was a nice experience though. Really nice. Thank you.

Cons (-) Newly renovated room, and clean, although the bathroom renovation looks like it was done in a bit of a hurry. One relatively minor complaint: the sink was difficult to use without getting water everywhere, because the faucet is set so far back that it basically dispenses the water at the very back edge of the sink. When you wash your hands, the water goes all over the back of the counter.

Cons (-) Went with my 98 year old Mom and Sister. Was a birthday trip for my Mom who was a passionate craps player. We loved the facilities and friendly staff. Very easy to move between three casinos and restaurants. Appreciated that since moving around a bit difficult for my Mom. All in all a fun experience for all of us.

Pros (+) The selection at the Cafe was great including the Asian food selection. The wait staff were also excellent.
Cons (-) The cleanliness of the gaming area. The slot machines were often covered with ashes and drink spillage. I did not notice this lack of cleanliness last time I visited the Silverlegacy.

Pros (+) The staff was great and treated us well. There was a lot to do, the clubs, bars and entertainment were all open and plentiful.
Cons (-) It's an older hotel that is going under remodel, some features were closed like the pool and fountain.
