Pros: Nice staff at Precision
Cons: Every conceivable element, from the utter chaos of the airport to the challenge of navigating the check in to the quite warm cabin.
Cons: I was told when I arrived that I have no seat in my booked flight, I have to reschedule and leave 8 hours later. Why let me start my trip is the knew I am going to set at the airport for hours after flying one leg.
Cons: Poor service overall. Little empathy or care for passengers. Passengers are just a task to handle.
Pros: Short flight
Cons: Cramped
Cons: My bags got lost arriving & departing Zanzibar.
Great flight, but...
Pros: Great flights but the online check in was cumbersome and could be better!
Cons: Check in
short hop
Pros: only takes20 mins
Pros: quick and easy!
Cons: Boarding was inefficient and crowded with two flights using same gate
Kilamanjaro pit stop
Cons: Had to get off the plane and go through two security checks again in that airport.... and wait to get back on. Unorganised
Hot
Cons: Sitting on the ground with no air and no info
8-hour delay for a 1-hour flight
Pros: Given that the aircraft had a problem, we had to wait and wait to go until they could get a part from another location. Ultimately, they brought in new equipment and we left soon after that. They did provide vouchers for a snack and lunch. That was good. Once on the plane, everything was very smooth.
Cons: With the delay, it took them a while to begin to explain what the problem was and how long the delay would be.
Many options for commuting travel
Pros: Choice of flights
at least you get free baggage, but don't count on running water
Pros: I liked that we could take checked luggage without paying.
Cons: I didn't like that there was no water in the bathroom and that there was only one bathroom in the whole plane at the back. The ground staff in Mwanza were just sitting around and not even directing us where to go for our luggage.
Cons: Nothing dreadful but not great, on both flights both I and others had malfunctioning TV systems. Seats were just about okay. In general it was ok but not great
Pros: Good overall
Cons: Relatively uneventful, short flight to Zanzibar. Love the cashews--we only get peanuts (I don't eat) on America's airlines. Flight crew good. Ticketing & boarding a bit confusing. No one tells you where or when to go.
Probably the worst airline I've ever flown with.
Cons: The plane was delayed by 2 hours. We ended up missing our connecting flight to Antananarivo. PrecisionAir staff kept reassuring us that we would be fine and would be able to catch our flight. Very very poor service and terrible experience. I will never fly with PrecisionAir ever again.
poor customer service, zero willingness to accommo
Pros: When everything went as planned, the airline is fine
Cons: As I arrived at the airport I received an email that my first segment was rescheduled (not delayed) 3 hours later. They did not try to call. There was no consideration for my second leg/segment, which I missed due to the schedule change, and it was the only flight of the day. It took them 2 hours to tell me if they would book me on another airline to try to make my connection, and by then it was too late. They tried to not give me a hotel room because it was a "technical" delay, and only after I showed them the email I received that it was a "schedule change" did they give me a hotel. They also didnt offer food vouchers for the 3+ hr delay until the airport restaurant asked FOR us. I was so frustrated by the lack of caring that I bought my own one way ticket home on another airline.
One of the worst airlines I've ever flown
Pros: There was nothing about this airline that I remotely enjoyed- it was one disaster after another
Cons: Precision Air is awful and should be ashamed of their "customer service". My inbound flight on Etihad was late arriving, which didn't leave me much time to process through immigration and make my flight, so when I missed my connection, I was forced to pay a "service fee" to get a ticket on the next flight. When I complained that it was not my fault due to my other flight being delayed and a long wait to get my visa, the agent replied "this isn't MY fault either!" This airline does not understand that every agent is a representative of their company- horrible service. Then after my trip, Precision Air I changed my outbound flight so it arrived 2 hours AFTER the next leg of my trip departed! They sent an email at midnight saying my flight had changed, but didn't bother to notice that this change would result in me missing my connection by over 2 hours. As there is only 1 flight a day on the other airline, I was forced to either be delayed by a full day, or purchase a one-way ticket on another airline to get home. I had a very important meeting the next day, so I was forced to spend an extra $350 on another airline to make it home. Precision Air is a horrible airline and I would NEVER fly with them again.
Flight was 1.5 hours delayed
Pros: Friendly service
Cons: Flight was considerably late
Pros: The flight actually left on time and arrived with our luggage.
Cons: Trip from hell on our previous Precision flight....
Pros: All you need for a short flight was provided.
Horrible customer service
Cons: Traveling with Precision Air simply a nightmare! Worst travel experience in over 20 years of flying. Staying at the airport for over 18 hours due to flight delays, was not the biggest problem. It's the lying and Total disregard of the customer. Apparently their flights off Nairobi are manned by KQ (another bogus airline!) and had no one in charge at the airport to set the right expectations leave alone care what we thought or expressed.
Lost Baggage
Cons: Somehow my Baggage was lost and it took 5 days to delivered and it was tear down..
great flight
Pros: The flight from Arusha Tnzania to Nairobi was fine. Check in was no problem, the flight was on time and arrived early. No issues whatsoever.
Bad Boarding
Cons: Boarding on back of plane with engines running. Very hot air almost burned us. Scary-we had to run out of the way and wait till there was no line to board. That process needs to be fixed. Ground crew outside was no help!!
Airplane
Pros: Good Service, smooth flight Does not have entertaiment Its an hour and 20 min Flight Min flight, But Comfortable
Pros: Quick flight
Cons: It was 2 hours delayed with only a days notice. I had beentraveling the days prior so it was a surprise.
Flight was delayed!
Cons: We would've spent the afternoon in Zanzibar but instead ended up getting in at night.
Slow Airline Website
Cons: The airlines website is slow. The check in process at Daresalaam airport was too long as power failure kept resetting their computer systems

Based out of Tanzania, Precision Air is a company that mainly operates domestic flights to large cities within the country. However, customers also have the option of going to some international locations, with some common examples being Ethiopia, Uganda, and Kenya.
In order to help increase the number of flight paths that they offer, this airline has entered into codeshare agreements with several other companies, including Etihad Airways, Kenya Airways, LAM Mozambique Airlines, and RwandAir. Additionally, it has a variety of interline agreements with airlines such as Oman Air, KLM, Swiss International Air Lines, and Virgin Atlantic Airlines.
As one of the company’s main priorities is to offer tickets at affordable prices, you will find that all of the seats that are offered are in Economy. When you have purchased an Economy ticket, you will be provided with a piece of checked luggage, the ability to bring a carry on, the option of picking your own seat, and complimentary refreshments during the flight.
Precision Air has a fleet that contains 9 planes, all of which are the brand ATR. When servicing longer flights, such as between two different countries, the ATR 72-500 is the aircraft that is most commonly employed, due to the fact that it has a passenger capacity of 70 people and was created for the purpose of traveling longer distances. During short domestic flights, the airline utilizes either the ATR 42-500 or the ATR 42-600, both of which can hold 48 individuals and have smaller fuel tanks that are meant for short-range voyages.
