travelling in 14th of April and now we are in 17th , I have not received my lost/delayed bag... this is very bad and the worst part is their call center is not able to see where is it!!!!
Everything for me was perfect
Porter is the airline that does care. All trips with Porter have been smooth and relaxing. The extras are the customer appreciation. The others just don’t do that.
The flight was delayed for more than 2 hrs. The plane was changed and staff couldn’t count people so we had to wait even longer while waiting for take off.
on time!!
Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Clean planes.
Communication at the gate was adequate. Boarding was orderly. Seats are decent, with a reasonable amount of leg room. Flight was only 1.5 hours, so only a modest snack service (short bread cookie or small bag of chips) and a drink (coffee, tea, soda, cup of beer or wine). Exiting the plane was also orderly. Overall the flight was fine and the price reasonable.
Flight was supposed to be at 3 didn’t fly out until 6:30
Pros: Nice lounge. Fast boarding & disembarkment
Pros: Nothing
Cons: There is a Covid-19 outbreak and this airline refused to change my flight. They are a disgrace.
Pros: Originally: a low fare
Cons: Flight oversold, travelers bumped. Flight delayed while they kicked people off the flight.
Pros: Cheap fares but may not be worth it
Cons: Flight delayed and oversold. Was told I might be bumped because mine was the lowest fare type. Wouldn’t fly Porter again if that is how they run their airline.
Pros: Great value. Free beverages including a small selection of beer, wine and whiskey. Otherwise no frills, no with, no entertainment. Short haul flights, no problem. Best bargain airline
Cons: There is a fee to change your assigned seat US$10-20(?), regardless of whether it's a "better" seat. Fortunately, this trip our seats (family of three) were near where we wanted to be. But, it would have been disappointing to have to pay for each seat change for each leg, each way.
Pros: The crew is always friendly at Porter. The free wine is awesome.
Cons: There’s no entertainment.
Pros: The seat was comfortable
Cons: I could not get was the flight was delayed.
Cons: I was ripped of by baggage check!! They sold my a basic fare, which is 20 less than standard, but never told me I had to check my back which cost 40! Ended up costing me more!! I was furious
Cons: Entertainment
Pros: Everything went as planned.
Cons: USB or power outlets.
Pros: Great crew. Easy boarding. Free snacks and drinks.
Cons: No entertainment. No outlets/USB. Older plane.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Porter declined re-booking the flight due to weather conditions and forced us to purchase new tickets. Reservations made through anything other than Porter are treated poorly, service can be declined due to overbooking.
Pros: Free wine and beer service
Cons: Gate agents, re-booking
Cons: 12 hour delay to Toronto!!!
Pros: On time; easy boarding check-in
Cons: It would be such a nice touch if you could set up coffee and breakfast snack in the terminal waiting area.
Pros: Snacks
Cons: Entertainment and timeliness
Cons: Flight delayed but good
Pros: Lead flight attendant was attentive, cheerful, and helpful!
Pros: Efficient check in. Liked the shuttle bus service from subway to airport.
Cons: As expected this is a commuter flight so very stripped down in terms of amenities. Tight plane seating and those overhead bins just barely accommodate the carry on.
Cons: Needs to be more clear that you have to pay to bring bag on.
Cons: Honestly, even if the aircraft was delayed, there is nothing one can do and just be patient. Lunch and dinner vouchers were issued, that was well appreciated!
Pros: Bubbly flight personnel. Helpful front desk staff.
Cons: Keep on going
