Cons (-) Strongly do not recommend this resort. I booked the Privilege package and nothing about this trip has been privileged. 1. I booked a Privilege rooftop room. Upon arrival to the resort they took us to a room that was not ours. It was half the size and in the middle floor facing the dumpster. 2. The resort lost our baggage 3. Check in was at 3pm.
