Breakfast buffet was nice. Subway right outside. Convince stores and restaurants outside. Price. Double what I paid for a similar room in Tokyo.
The staff is very nice and helpful, even if you don't speak any Japanese. You can keep your luggage at the hotel before and after checking in or out. Japan is tight on space, so be prepared for a small room. If the bed was a little higher off the ground suitcases could fit easily. The step out of the bathroom is nearly a foot drop, I fell out of the bathroom a bunch of times.
We were booked two double rooms for 4 men, and required each room must has two seperated beds on the comments when we make booking. However, when we check in from front desk, the staff told us our booking was one queen size bed, not two seperate room. If we require two bed, we have to pay Yen3,000 more per nite per room. That made a had very bad image to this hotel desipite they give one room with two beds after about half an hour argument.
close to downtown, subway stn. however, wifi was not supported
Great staff !!! We asked them about a fast food resturant and one of the staff took us by the hand in a 15 minute walk to the resturant .. now that's a 5-star service !
I thought that I had already paid by credit card. This was not so. The staff were very helpful in putting the matter right The breakfast area really does need looking at. Although I have to say it could be a cultural 'thing'.
Location, location, location. Close to the metro station and walking distance away from Nishishinsaibashi and Shinsaibashisuji (shopping/restaurant area) Hotel staff polite and not more than that.
Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. The front desk staff were pleasant and always helpful. They loaned me an umbrella to use when we arrived and wanted to step out to get something to eat before we unpacked our bags. The location is convenient to the train station and several restaurants and convenience stores. We stayed in room 501 and loved the large bathtub. The staff was very accomodations and asked us what time we'd like our room cleaned so that we were able to sleep in. We also enjoyed the roof top lounge. I would certainly stay here again.
The staff was friendly, prompt, and helpful. The free breakfast was a definite plus at the price, especially comparable to other hotels in the area.
Breakfast was excellent. Also, the staff were very nice. Given the price, it was very hard to complain.
Near bus station and train station. Smoking area is not totally secluded
there are private space and good atmosphere. They said there is internet in the room but when i got there they said i have to use at the lobby only
I really liked the size of the rooms. At first I was pretty skeptical about the place because all you can see from the front is what appears to be an old 50's style dinner, but once inside you will notice that the place is much bigger. I didn't like the location if this hotel. It was nice and I enjoyed staying there however it was tucked away on a side road and was kind of difficult to find.
The price was great as breakfast was included, and there was plenty of choices of bakery/bread,jams and drinks available for breakfast. It was a bit out of the way for stations but the closest was a 10-15 minute walk. Some of the staff's English was limited but communication was not a problem. The bathroom was a bit tired but the shower was excellent.
It was a real family hotel. I have seen many japanese families. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was ok with croissant,butter,jam,tea/coffee. Free internet and price compaired to japanese prices was very satisfactory. Location was for me a little bit far than i expected. If you like to be directly in the city center, or on a central street be careful. You need to take a bus to osaka station about 15 min. Wireless was not available from the room, you have to go downstairs. Only japanese channels on tv
