Courtyard at Lake Lucerne is a great choice for a stay in Orlando. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast available daily.
Pros: Makes you feel like you are visiting a favorite relative instead of the anonymous feeling of being in a chain hotel
Pros: Location to Dr Phillips Center for concerts Fairly priced Complimentary Happy Hour Beautiful patio garden. Decent breakfast includedCons: Rooms are tired.. filled with incongruous furniture. Old plumbing fixtures. Large bathroom with small shower... too bad if you drop the soap.
Pros: The courtyard, the Old Florida vibe, the ability to walk around lovely historic neighborhoods. I was allowed a dog for a modest extra charge. I enjoyed the gratis wine, breakfast and coffee. For the price, I think it was a wonderful deal.Cons: There is slight traffic noise, as it's next to an interstate exit.
Pros: Historic, location was great, beautiful propertyCons: mattress felt historic, could use updating
Pros: The B&B was great. Location perfect.Cons: No
Pros: The room was well stocked with antiques and largeCons: Dining area smelled of cats piss!
Pros: Location and historic nature of property. Beautiful setting.Cons: Needs maintenance in lots of places, but easy to look past for remaining attributes.
Pros: Charming country inn experience. Cozy room charming staff. Would definitely come back!Cons: No
Pros: Very charming hotel with an apartment-like feel and beautiful greenery.Cons: The room felt a little stale.
Pros: The staff was very helpful. The courtyard is very pretty. The room furniture was unique antiques. The shower is extremely small. The original description indicated that it was 1/2 mile from Disney. Instead it's more like 1/2 hour with no traffic.Cons: Breakfast was not what you'd expect from a B&B at this price level. We were initially assigned to a room that was 88 degrees because the A/C was broken.
The people manning the desk were unwiling to replace the missing remote control in our bedroom.Pros: Room was nice size.Cons: We saw pictures of the Phillips house but were put up at a 1950's style hotel next door.
Great experience for value.Pros: The lovely atmosphere and gardens. The location to downtown can't be beat.Cons: There were small spider webs in every corner of every room.
